I could not be happier! I'm a short girl of only 5'2 and this is now the 4th waist trainer that I have ordered; first one of this brand. It's the only one that has fit my short torso. Any other waist trainers I ordered in the past had my boobs in my chin, which is not a good thing considering how large they are. I was so excited about the fit on this and have only had the waist trainer for about half an hour now and I had to get onto Amazon to leave a review, because I was so excited about the fit.

I have a 33/35 inch waist and got a large and it fits perfectly. It can be a little tricky getting on but suck in and button up like crazy. it's not uncomfortable at all! In fact it kinda feels nice for my back and makes me sit straighter in my desk chair. Can't wait to see the results because my tummy has started to become my problem area no matter how many sit ups i do and trust me i do a ton of them i still had this belly, so i bought this and so far am glad i did! If it helps take inches off my waist i will be opting for a corset next. want that thin little coke bottle waist again!

5'2 160 36B about 10/12 pant with wide hips and big butt, purchased L thought I'd have to cut it off lol VERY firm fit I got the thong bc I'm bottom heavy and didn't want pantyline but this is shockingly seemless, still a bit too tight/defined with tight dress but AMAZING w jeans. Reordered XL its perfect, yes hard to get on (mostly getting past my butt) but perfect once on, its not gonna pull on easy like a thin spandex its a good firm quality made to hold in your middle n tummy. Go true size or you disappoint yourself

I am 5'6 , 150lbs, and have a 29in waist. I ordered a medium in the plain black. It fits snug but does its job perfectly! On the loosest hook it sucks me in completely without ridiculous fat rolls coming out the top or bottom of the corset. Gives me a perfect hourglass figure as well and looks great and natural under clothes. I have ordered other waist trainers in the past for more money and this is the best one I have bought so far. Would definitely recommend. REMEMBER: Order the size based on your measurements now, not your goal measurements! If you order too small it will not fit or it will cut off circulation. You can work towards a smaller size but do so in a slow healthy manner.

I was unsure of what size to purchase as the comments here are mixed. I am about 5'5 and 166 pounds. I got this in a medium and it fits perfectly. I am wearing it on the outmost clips and had a little trouble putting it on, but after 5 minutes I got it.

Amazing waist trainer! Great quality double stitched and strong strudy hooks. does not roll up or down and does not fold when sitting either. i was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is! The size chart was accurate for me as long as you know how to do measurements you shouldnt have any issues getting the correct size following the chart provided. Only complaint i wanted to order the next size down in advance so i would have it ready when i needed it and they are sold out of every color in the nxt size
