    I always use a sweat vest to go to the gym because I am big chested. So instead of using 2 sports bras a tank top then shirt. I just wear this a sports bra and a shirt.This is the best one I have owned so far. And the pocket for your phone... GENIUS! now I dont have to hold my phone and run anymore.Controls the girls and helps keeping me sweat.For size. I am a G cup my stomach area is a medium size. I got XL and it fits amazing!

    I am 5'7 and weighed at the time about 180. I cant breathe when i wear this. however.... this is the truth.. you just have to get the right size. i had to order an extra large.

    I like corset kinda waist trainers. This doesn't crumble or crush up near the waist and has 3 different hook settings to shrink the size.

    At first I couldn't zip it up but once I zipped it and the slipped it over my head the fit was perfect. The material is soft and fits the contours of my waist. The velcro is solid with no bulging. I couldn't ask for a more comfortable fit. Can't wait to work out in it lol!

    I do recommend this product for the fact gives you the support you need and it’s definitely comfortable! I wear it when I’m at work and it doesn’t ride up it stays in place and does what it supposed to gives me support while I’m working ! I got a size small and I’m already on the second clips !! Definitely recommend if you have a smaller torso and I’m 5/4 definitely fits perfect.
