Well this is hard to get on and at first i thought no way is this working. I got on my bed laid down and made it happen. Once buckled, it was so comfy and flattering. Wore all day in hot sun.The only downside was the straps cut into my shoulders bad. I have long torso.

Finally found a waist trainer for a SHORT torso. It is the perfect length for my mid section. It ends just under my boots (so no weird push up that gives the girls an on shape) and at the top of my hips. I can sit comfortably with this one. Others I had were too long so it hurt to sit (they would curl up, pinch and dig in).It does give me a fat back bubble, so I just wear it when I am home doing nothing, or with loose fitting clothing if I am going out. I put it right on my skin, I don't wear it on top of clothing (I'm not sure I'd be able to put it on over something since it is tight).There isn't much stretch to it.. it is a huge pain to put on since there isn't much give. I've also scared myself into thinking I am not going to get it off :O but that hasn't happened yet. So if you are in between sizes, I'd recommend sizing up. I got the one with a lot of bones in it, so that may be why there is less stretch.

Ok Let me TELLL YOUUU how this changed my life I had 2 c-sections back to back and was left with a ANNOYING gut. I’ve tried so many shapers and waist trainers and all they would do was make me look round and pregnant this RITE HERE DID THE JOB!!!! I went from mushroom top to HONEY WHO ARE YOUUUU!!!!! Order it you won’t be disappointed

I ordered the extra small woman waist trainer vest slim corset neoprene sauna tank top zipper weight loss body shatter shirt. My waist is quite petite and I have always found it hard to find one that would be snug and tight and this definitely is!! I love the material it’s so comfortable to wear. The only down side is that the shoulders are kind of big on me, maybe because I have a short torso but other than that I love it!

I normally wear a size medium. I was able to fit in a medium however I could tell that it was really compressing me and I don’t mean in a healthy way. I would have been better off in a size large. It really does give a shape to your body however be careful not to order it too small while I am not a doctor, I am sure that the internal parts of the body was not meant to be compressed like that. Anyone over the weight of 140 should order a size large.
