I use to have waist trainers before but not like this one! This is not only comfortable but very well made. I am 5'2 and about 149 lb.s but my waist is 36 which is a tad big for me so the LARGE was perfect, fits on the far hook just a tad snug but great! I will be ordering from them again when I start going down sizes! Super Excited and happy!

Love this! This is the real deal. This holds in your middle BIG TIME because there is a thick rubber inside the smooth fabric. This is not like a regular spanx-type body suit ...this sucks you in and gives support. It’s as comfortable as can be. Love that it’s a thong so you can keep your backside shape nicely.

It's very hard to get on, but once you get it on it definitely hides the rolls! Lol only thing I don't necessarily like about it is the panties portion, but I understand the need for the clips you to to the bathroom. Fits great!

The only thing I don’t care for are the straps that kind of come off easily because they’re not attached to the peace. They are more like a bra strap where you can unhook the straps if you want it to go strapless.

So flattering! When worn appropriately, very comfortable and minimally restricting. Very high quality with spring steel and hearty lacing. I am in love and so happy with my purchase! I recommend following the sizing chart. I ordered the fit for an ~27 natural waist (which is my true natural waist) and it fits perfect. Looking forward to my waist training results!
