I thought it wasn’t going to fit because when I got it it was big but it fits perfectly, it makes me feel good wearing it and when I take it off and my fiancé loves it on me lol I definitely recommend it!

I am 5’4 and 149 pounds with most of my weight radiating below my waist. Medium fits perfectly on the loosest notch as of now. I’m very happy with the way that it fits and has improved my posture so far. I wish this product was a tad more cinched at the waist due to my shape but this isn’t something that will be a problem for everyone. My goal is to lose a few inches so I will update if and when that happens!!

5’6, 215, fluffy mid section w/muffin top, size 14w. I bought an XL and could not get in it BUT I’m keeping it b/c with a few more workouts, I’ll be able to. Had I bought a XXL I would definitely be all the way in it. I’m giving it 5 stars because of the quality of material, quick arrival, and the smooth “snatched” look it gave with me just clasping the bones and not being able to zip.

So I meant to buy A2XL in A3XL with the intentions of sending back whichever size did not fit me the best. And currently A3X at least I thought I was A3X and so when 2 came in that were to excel I thought I had wasted my moneySo I meant to buy A 2XL in A 3XL with the intentions of sending back whichever size did not fit me the best. And currently A 3X at least I thought I was A 3X and so when 2 came in that were 2xl I thought I had wasted my money. Anyway I tried to 2XL and it fit perfectly. it sucked in my waistline and it flatten my tummy. the clamp area was a little bit uncomfortable and if you have a big meow meow you might want to wear something under it but other than that it's comfortable enough to wear all day.

Love mine and would not change anything thing about this body shaper but the large only has 2 locking hooks in croch area, when 3 hooks would maybe keep it from crowding my only complaint other then the 2 hooks im 100% satisfied and love mine

I read different comments on this product but for me I was shook the material is so good i have shape wear that has cost me $150 and this shape wear is the same or even better The thong is not discomforting as some comments said the size I would recommend going two sizes up I wear a xl and got a 3xl and it fit great I truly recommend this product I’m a person that has tried many different shape wear and different prices and this is definitely worth your money!

I purchased the boy shorts version- it has a double corset ( 2 row hooks followed by a zipper)- in a XXL. I’m 168 lbs and it fits perfect because it’s the right amount of compression and not too terrible difficult to step into and pull up. I use it to exercise in at the gym ( put under my pants). I highly recommend this product if you’re interested in using it as a workout compression garment. I feel nice a tight when I wear it.

This is my 3rd waist trainer from this brand. I started out with a large at the beginning of my weight loss journey at 205lbs. As I dropped down in inches, I figured it was time to size down. The first time I went to a medium I couldn't fit it just yet and ended up having to break the zipper to get out lol. However, I just received my new medium today and it fits my 182lb frame perfectly with no pain or discomfort. Can't wait to size down again. I definitely recommend it.

I have been purchasing these for a while. Each one I received are slightly different but this one is awesome. Its a true winner! Plus is super comfortable. I see some bad reviews that people are complaining but if you just took time to do the measurements right these are superior to a lot of brands that are much more cheaper made and aren't as good. Do your part and these waist trainers will do theirs!
