Just like the picture and if you’re plus-size and over 250 i suggest you get a 5x or the biggest size bc i got the wrong size. Also it does roll up after a while but i just have it higher up my stomach so it doesn’t.

It was really hard to put on at first. It probably took me about 5 minutes but it’s looks great afterwards! My waist is 32 inches so I just went with a medium. It may be uncomfortable at first but you’ll get used to it. But a small note , it doesn’t fit me very well on my right side it a little lose but I’ll just make it work. But other than that everything is perfect! You have to buy this!

Absolutely love it! After reading previous reviews I decided to size up two sizes and was not disappointed! It smoothed out my lumps in front and the back! Also give my nonexistent bottom a shape! Would buy again!

I must not have realized it said SHORT TORSO because it is really short if there is a long torso that’s the one I should’ve got but this is a very well made product it fits well and supports my back a lot I have bad back pain and this helps.

I love this! I am 5'3 185lbs i have love handles for days as well as a hanging belly. I ordered the xxl an it fits great an still with room to adjust as i start to slim down! I have always had trouble finding a waist trainer that picks my hamging belly up this one does it all! So comfy am super cute win win!

I've been using waist cinchers for the last two yrs after issues with a herniated lumbar disc and two bulges. Regular back braces can be ugly and rip the crap out of your clothing! These make for great support and a relatively smooth line under your cloths. It helps if you wear a silky cami or tank over the cincher before your tops esp with lightweight summer fabrics. Getting one that is vented (perforated) is a must; esp in Summer! If you don't you will sweat. My only disappointment is they do not dip in the front like a traditional corset to help flatten and support the lower tummy.
