I think the hardest thing to decide was what size to buy in this and the reviews help. I went two sizes up based off suggestions. I usually wear between a L/XL in a bra size I am a 40F. I ordered an 2XL. Not going to lie thought I was going to have to send back but I was able to get it to zip. I've worn for a week now and it makes you sweat for sure. I also decided to order this for the extra brest support. Another person commented on that. When you are heavy chested you can use all the additional support you can get. And this definitely helps tames these girls as I do a lot of high impact cardio and I can tell a difference already with this extra support (still wearing my sports bra underneath).

I am so happy with this waist trainer! I’m so impressed with the quality and the fit is perfect. I’m 5’4” 130lbs and ordered a small which fits on the loosest eyes right now. I initially thought I should get the medium but I’m glad I got the small as the medium wouldn’t have skimmed my waist. It was a little challenging to hook but didn’t take a ton of effort.

Left is me not wearing the waist trainer, and the right is me wearing it. This product does wonders! It takes a good 4 inches off my waist. I got the medium, I’m normally a large in shirts, but everyone was stating that it fit too large for them, so I sized down. I can get in and out of this thing with a little bit of struggle, but I think I would’ve been more comfortable with a size large. Just get your normal size, if you fluctuate between two sizes, just do the smallest size. Overall this product does wonders for me :)

I'm 5'4, 38 bust, 30 waist, 42 hips. It's hard for me to find the right size for a lot of things considering my measurements. I also found that a lot of shapewear don't do my curves any justice and make me look boxy. I ended up going with the size large, and it does just what I need it to. It's not as efficient at smoothing as some other styles, but it definitely helps and is not nearly as noticeable as those with front zippers and clips. It also helps me retain my waist-hip proportions while holding in my stomach, so it's perfect for what I needed. The only thing is that it's hard for me to get it passed my thighs when putting it on, but I can definitely deal with it.
