    I have a 30inch waist and got a medium.. If you plan to loose weight like myself that’s great.. Call it room to grow. If you’re not planning to loose weight but want it to slim you down as is I’d get a large. Either way it works, seamless under clothes

    I just got my sauna vest and it fits amazingly well!!! I order a lot from Amazon and am normally a large so I had to order an xlarge because I have big breasts. It’s not bulky and perfect for working out!!

    I loved the quality of the product however, it was too tight on me. I ordered a small and I should have ordered a large. I wanted a snug fit but I couldn't even close it at all. In 5'3 weighing a 189lbs. I would suggest following the sz cart.

    Great product. But there were 2 size charts. Initially, I used the one next to the picture; it said 2x was my size which is also my dress size so I ordered a 2x. It was MUCH too small! When submitting a return request, I noticed a second chart at the bottom of the page which said my size was 6X. After my refund was posted (on Prime), I ordered the 6K and it's a perfect fit!! Note: I learned from a YOU-Tube video, that being a male, the corset should be worn upside down. Logic is women's largest area is their hips, whereas, for men its their upper body area (below bra).

    beauty is pain and yes this is a very nice shaper but you get hot really quick with the non breathable latex interior, ..hand wash hang dry... very sexy.... no matter witch one you buy from any were it will be always uncomfortable, but this one is nice because its not super expensive, its just right for what i need it for very happy!
