It's a bit bulky, but I believe it will be fine for working out. I was expecting it to be a bit more slim. Overall I like it. I've only worn it twice so I need some time to break it in.

So first off, the first thing I noticed is the double Velcro - IT'S AMAZING - you can completely control how tight you want the trainer to go, and it's so secure I LOVE this feature. Love how tight and secure this feels, I can't wait to see results. I'll update and post pictures once I start seeing results. I wanted to rate it now because I loved how great the double velcro control was! Update: I'm only on day 3 and I'm seeing my figure is better. Side note - the control with both Velcros also helps my back, I've had many back problems and always have back pain and this actually helps. The only thing with that is the velcro's are so strong (which is amazing) that they are a tad bulky in front, so you can't necessarily wear anything tight or form fitting over this, but I just am wearing flowy/loose tops until I get the result I want, and then I'll be able to wear tighter tops again.

No reason to give anything less than 5 stars! The Velcro stays and you can adjust to your liking. If you work out and wear this consistently while doing it you should definitely see results.

Love it ! I am 5 7 and weigh 165, I'm a bit on the thicker side . I ordered a large and it fits snug. It's tight but I can breathe lol I mean it's supposed to be tight ! But if your unsure I would suggest the xl . My hooks are on the closest setting for now . I'm hoping to get to the middle setting soon :) it's a bit tedious to put on the first time , You have to start hooking from the bottom up , but it gets easier every time . It's comfortable , and doesn't fold , it doesn't feel cheap at all ! I personally love it !

I honestly bought this in hopes of helping muscle separation from having my 4 babies and I've worn it for a month now and have seen a massive improvement as did my doctor! I was very sceptical and after reading many and I mean many reviews lol I decided to give it a try and I'm soooo glad I did! I love everything about this product....it was everything I was hoping for and more and fits better than any other I have tried and is cheaper than some I've bought. I recommended it to my sister and she also saw improvement and loves it and has bought herself 2 in different sizes. And she also suffers from back pain and has said it helped her by relieving her pain some too. I would recommend this product to anyone. I did notice the sizing was difficult tho...I went off the sizing chart and bought a large and it was too big so needed to buy a medium which is now too big for me and I'm currently waiting for my small :) I don't feel like it was a waste of money nor did I feel the need to return it because I did give my sister the large which fit perfectly on her. All in all I love this and am very impressed!

I have a 35 waist and bought a XXL which was too big so i returned it for a XL and it fits perfect! (I am 5'5 and about 160lbs) Seems like really good quality too. Does leave a little bulge in the back but the bra does cover it. I really like the length of it too, it's long enough to tuck into almost any bottoms. Very happy with my purchase
