It’s perfect! I loved it! This is my 2nd time buying one, The first one lasted me about 11 months but it might of been because I put it in the washer a lot of times. But very good product! Wear it during workouts and when I sleep. It’s the best waist trainer I’ve tried so far.

High quality compared to other waist trainers. I've had problems with the velcro slipping on others but this one is very sturdy. It is a little bulky for wearing under clothes but you can wear it under loose clothes. Overall pleased and I bought a second.

Here's the thing...I've used many waist trainer/shapers and none suck in the way this one does. This is comfortable and is almost discreet underneath clothing. I work behind a computer all day so this definitely helps with my posture. Only thing I wish is that it covered more of the stomach area. Either way...still love it. Have been wearing it for over 3 weeks and I definitely see and feel a difference. NOTE: This is along with exercise and eating decent. Not perfect but decent :)
