Excellent quality. Better than the more expensive brands! Exchange process was super easy. I am 5ft , 150 lbs post baby. I ordered size large but immediately upon receiving, I fit perfect on the tightest latch with no hassle. Exchanging for a medium. Order one size smaller!

Update: I ordered a small instead of a medium. Fits perfect. My waist is 33 inches without it on and my hips are 37. Small fit perfect. Order a size smaller

I actually like this product a lot. The qaulity is very nice. Hooks are durable, it's fairly breathable and the boning doesn't pop out of the seams like other cheap waist garments

This product is absolutely amazing I wore it once only once and I already see a judge difference it's amazing I am fairly skinny but my stomach has all my fat that's where I gain all my fat so I want to just move that to places that need it more like my boobs and butt

I love this body shaper.
I am a 16 dress size and I order an 3xl
Now I got a 2xl I love it too.
My bf keeps telling me I look skinner. Plus I wear it to work and during workouts.

Am 5'1, 155. Wear a size 10 in pants. Ordered a large. I would recommend just taking waist measurement to determine size. the hips do not come into play with this. Some days I am on the first line of hooks, others I can squeeze onto the second. I am well pleased with the quality and fit. Nicely priced. Great Value.

Got a few similar cinchers? On amazon, all low priced items, this is the best of the lot. Made well, taller, stays in place, i expect to have/use for a long time. The extra height was what impressed me most, shorter ones just seem to curl/roll. This one sits under bust and rests on hips as it should. Quality is much higher than the other low end ones i tried.

Helped majorly with my back problems. I realized now because of the corset that my posture is a big issue so when I'm not wearing I try to remember to sit up properly. @ 5'7 165lbs I initially bought an XL. I love this product and will buy it again.

Although, I will say that I bought an XXL for my sister and one of the bones broke through the fabric. There were no issues returning the item. So yeah, 5 stars.

I just received my yianna waist trainer and i am so happy with the product. The material is very durable and surprisingly comfortable to wear even if its squishing your body. I can also say it provides great back support, and corrects your posture as well esp when sitting cz this thing feels uncomfortable when you slouch. Therefore you need to straighten or arch your back to sit comfortably. To me, the only real challenge is putting it on. I think i spent a good 30 minutes trying so hard to put it on and i even thought of giving up and ordering a bigger size but thankfully i made it! And i am so glad! aside from that, there's nothing else to complain about. This product is highly recommended. Btw I am 5' weighing 110lbs, and i ordered XS size.

I ordered this product because the good reviews. I ordered mine in nude. Color cant be seen under clothes. First time trying it on, I had to recruit my husbands help. We barely got it on the first hook. I ordered a medium, which us my standard size. (5ft 3inch, 135lbs, wear 27inch waist.) Second time wearing it, I was able to get it on the second hooks. Great shape. Breathable. Helps with posture. If you are riding in the car all day or going to dinner and the movies, dont wear this. Difficult to sit comfortably.

Ok so I hesitated so much to order one online because of the holidays and fear it wouldn't fit well today I got it opened it up and put it on it was a struggle at first but got it and it fits prefect a little tight but not uncomfortable it's made in China so go a size or 2 up because it runs small

It really helps. It is shipped quickly, and it's VERY well made compared to others I've tried.

I also appreciate that these people made three different lengths of hooks, so as you lose the fat, you can go in a little smaller, like a belt loop. Hopefully, by the time I get to the smallest hooks, I'll no longer need it at all. :-)
