(Ordered the breathable latex, 5'5 , 195 lbs when I first ordered) I wore an XL in tops usually, and I knew these are meant to be snug to work properly so I ordered my normal size. Within 3 months I was on the tightest clasp, then it started feeling looser than I needed. I assumed it was just stretching out but I ordered a large just to see. The large fit perfectly on the loosest clasp, it was really working! I'm now ordering a medium because the large is now feeling loose on the tightest row of clasps.

Since ordering my first one about 6 months ago I've lost about 15 lbs and I'm down 3 sizes. I try to eat well but I'm not dieting and I don't actively exercise besides daily activists most of the time. I feel I just eat less when wearing this.

It's important to note that these work best when they're VERY snug. The first time I put mine on it was like wrestling, I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the whole thing clasped, I almost threw out my shoulder getting it on! But now I've got the hang of it and I can do it quickly. It's very comfortable and I have full range of movement. Sitting is fine, and I can stretch, bend and do anything I usually do.

I'd also like to note that I have 3 herniated discs and this thing really helps my posture and I find I have less back pain while wearing it.

I'd give this more stars if I could, this thing is magic!!

As per the reviews, it seems like a great purchase for first time waist trainees. It was a bit uncomfortable the first day I used it, but after that, I quickly became accustomed to the feel of having a waist trainer on.

On the first day I wore it for 10 hours ! It was comfortable. I bought a size medium because I'm a size medium in shirts and it fit just fine. A little hard to put on but... gets very comfortable.

I really love it... the material is super comfy... I'm 5'8 ...200lbs and I got a 3x just to be on the safe side and it's pretty snug so I'm happy I went by the chart and not just by my pant or shirt size

My daughter got this and she loves it. She went down to smaller adjustments very quickly and says it helps her posture, back pain, and is helping her to slim down (somehow. I have zero understanding. Maybe it helps control appetite?)

I love it, the material is definitely worth the purchase. You wouldn't think I only paid under $25 for it. My only advice is pay attention to the chart because they are cut small. I had to return the first one cause I choose the wrong size, but the return process was completely easy and I was able to get my right size..... next time I will follow the chart.

I really loved this corset. I originally purchased a 3X because of the sizing chart provided, but it was too tight. I purchased the 4X and was still able to breathe. It gave me a waistline in time for a wedding!

I ordered the XXL , I'm 41-42 waist. fits fine on the first row and could fit just fine in the last row. Would of been happier if had ordered XL instead to get a better result. Otherwise, it looks and feels great. If you are my size and you want a tighter feel order XL.

Great product! I followed the size chart and it fit perfectly. I found it hooked easier if I would hook the bottom, middle and top first then hooked everything in between! Much much easier that way
