I love my waist trainer!! I did go up a size like all of the reviews before me said to. This is why I put it runs somewhat small, but the large fit me perfectly! I'm already at the tightest clasp so I'm about to have to order a medium. Ladies I'll tell ya wear it at the gym! Sweat in it, it helps you lose inches faster, I promise!! I love it so much that I got my cousin to buy one and she wears it everyday herself. My friend wants one now but she is pregnant, and she cannot wait to get hers! All I can say is to wear it at least 4 hours a day and the longer you do the more hours you'll be able to wear it. I don't wear mine more than 8 hours though, just my personal preference. Love this thing! I have bought two now. Do not buy this product and expect that it will miraculously make you drop weight. It works great as a slimmer but if you are looking to shrink your tummy, I hate to break it to you but you will actually have to eat right and exercise. I know, I was disappointing too. However, this works great to help you tone and tighten until you do lose the weight. It really pulls things in and gives you and hour glass shape. Coming from a mommy of 4 I can tell you that I do not have an hour glass shape naturally. This really helps hold that mommy tummy in place. It can be seen if you are wearing tight clothes but I layer so that it isn't as noticeable.

This is a great waist trainer, and the size is actually accurate to the sizing listed on the description. Fits great. Pulls me in, but still lets me breathe and move. Makes me remember to keep my belly pulled in and also helps a lot with my posture. I sit at a desk all day long and have horrible posture. With this waist trainer, I have no choice but to sit up straight, and to stand up and walk tall. Several of the girls at the office mentioned to me on the first day that I wore it (without telling them that I even had one) that I looked like I had lost 10 pounds and my boobs looked bigger! I'm going to order one in the next size down, and continue to do so until I am at the size I want to be. Am also going to give one to my sister for Christmas.

Love, love, love this latex waist trainer!!!! It's definitely worth the buy. I have recommended it to others. Quality material, holds up well. I use it daily to workout in the gym with. Weightlifting, cardio, plyo's. It does make you sweat but nothing extreme. Provides adequate support. I wash it in the washing machine on the gentle cycle and air dry it.

Definitely does it job but I recommend purchasing at least one size up than you normally wear. I'm so glad I I bought this one size bigger which it fits perfect.
