The results are incredible, though, and I would suggest it to loads of people. I'm not necessarily training my waist, I just like how together it keeps everything under tighter shirts and dresses, and I wear it as a spanx for my midsection. But afterwards I can definitely see a difference. The material is really nice, and quality-wise I don't think you could buy a better product.

It was the perfect trainer to wear on my wedding day. I followed the sizing guide and it was perfect.
While this product takes time to put on, it is definitely worth every minute. The first time was the hardest, but fastening it while lying down is the easiest. I had put on some weight due to a broken ankle and it all went to the abdomen. With this product, I am now able to wear whatever I want, things that I have not been able to wear for a long time! I liked it so much I bought one in beige too. There is nothing about this product that I don't like other than you have to give yourself about five minutes to put it on, but the benefits are phenomenal. I had been buying a size larger in clothing because of the weight gain, but now I am able to wear all my clothes that have been sitting in the closet for months. I love this product and would definitely buy it again. I recommend buying the beige too, for when you wear light colored clothing. This product is essential to my wardrobe now.
I love my waist trainer. However, the hooks torment the pain in my hands. There is no beauty without pain. Once its on...AMAZING. Taking it off requires all hands on deck.
