Just as I hoped it be, top quality product with low price!
I am 5^6 and I weigh 160 lbs and 35 inches around,I ordered a xl and I have to wear it on the last row. I am ordering a large because I have already lost an inch or so on my stomach and waist. It is comfortable to wear and easy to forget about while wearing. This is a well made product that I would recommend to everyone.
I'm not hella tall. I'm 5'5... but I wore my friends corset/waist trainer for my Halloween getup and she's taller than me and hers was fit for a pretty short torso. The fit of THIS YIANNA waist trainer is so much more comfortable because of the length that supports and covers your back and front. If you're going for an hour glass shape, you'll def still need to work out and eat clean and do crunches-strengthen your core-that's the only way to get long-term results. It's def a good look tho while wearing out and about as is. Other than cinching my waistline after having a baby... I really wanted it to assist with my posture! IT DOES!!!! I love wearing it to work because it reminds me to sit up strait and I literally can't slouch with it so with my back condition it helps a lot! It's comfy, true to size (I am 5'5, 145 lbs, wear size Medium in shirts, size 27-28 or 6 in jeans) to give you an idea of how it fits. I ordered a small at first, and I was able to get it on but it was too uncomfortable so I exchanged it for a medium which is perfect!
This is the first and only waist trainer I own. I was very weary about buying one and after reading all the comments and reviews on this product I caved in and bought it. I LOVE this waist trainer. It is so so comfortable and easy to take on and off. There are two strings inside to help to hang it on a hanger that do itch sometimes but other than that, it's amazing.
Very comfortable! Use the measurements listed, don't use your shirt size. I wear size Large and had to get a 2x 35-37 inches. I'm already seeing a difference and it's only been two days, don't know if it's supposed to work that fast.. But other than that it's worth the price!
I love this waist trainer. Very flexible and doesn't cut into your sides.
I love it. It's comfortable to wear and work out in it. The only problem I have with it. Is that the clams come a loose sometimes when you are trying to clip it on

Fits well as described. I wear it comfortably thru my 13 hour shift. It reminds me not to snack. Very nice quality
This product has helped me very much. My waist is triming down. I am more aware of my waist and keeping it firmly in place. I even wear it to work. I started out on the first look. Now the second is very comfortable. So I will have to go on the third shortly and its only been 2 and half weeks wow.

I absolutely love this trainer! When I first receive the trainer, I thought I had gotten a size too small, but my sister said No! That is the perfect size and squeezed me into the trainer. It was very tight when I first put it on, but the more I keep wearing it the more comfortable it feels. I could see an immediate difference when I put it on. It holds me in, definitely cannot complain. I am currently waist training and wear this trainer for at least 8 hours a day plus when I work out. It still fits me comfortably and I haven't had any issues with it. I have a short torso and the trainer covers my stomach with nothing poking out. I am 5 ft 2 in and weigh 234 pounds and I bought a 2XL breathable black.
UPDATE****
Since ordering the trainer about a month ago (October), the waist trainer is definitely doing its job! I have lost about 10 pounds so far (starting weight 238, current weight 228.) with the waist trainer. My family can already tell the enormous difference the waist trainer made in my stomach. I started on the first set of hooks, I am now on the third set! I am probably going to order another trainer, possibly a 1XL or wear my sisters L, depending on how hers fits me. I am very satisfied with the results. I have had only minor problems with what the hooks latch on to. None have come off, but they look like they may pop off eventually, but it is only 1 or 2 that are like that, nothing serious. Keep in mind, I have also been eating right (not a diet specifically, but I do stick to 3 proportioned, healthy meals a day, plus snacks) and I do exercise (not regularly, but I do try, when I can!, for the past 2 weeks I have been slacking :(.) I still recommend this waist trainer. I will try to come back with another update next month!
This Ran smaller than expected... I wear a L-XL in clothing, so I bought a 2XL thinking that would be big enough, I did get it closed but it was REALLY tight! That being said, this item is AMAZING. Not chincy, made me into a perfect hour glass. I highly recommend this, just order bigger than you think you need.
I'm down 2 inches in 2 months. The steel bone reinforcement is perfect. This is a durable waist trainer too. I like it more because it's mental reinforcement for me not to overeat, so it helps with my weight management (I don't diet, I just eat cleaner and at the right times).

I love this waist trainer so much! So worth the price and amazing quality. When I'm small enough I'll definitely purchase the next size down. I can't imagine a waist trainer being any better than this one.
