I ordered a small a little over a week ago and I've already seen changes in my body! I had to start on the very last row of clamps, but I've progressed throughout the week to the first row...this is also with the help of a detox diet ive been on and I've lost a lot of water weight. I've worn it every day for at least 10 hours a day. I like it because it helps my figure look good in anything I wear! Very slimming. I'm 5'7'' and about 160lbs. Unfortunately my mid section isn't in the best shape.. but with the help of this waist trainer, I'm on my way to having a slim, sexy figure again!

Great quality! I didn't buy this for a thinner waist per say, but more for posture and back straightening because I have a bad spine. I am 5' 4 and weigh 110, so i didn't really need a thinner waist. But I will say if you are my size and do want to go down that route you may want to consider the XS cuz I can buckle this one to the third easily.

GREAT QUALITY!! I was very surprised because it was so cheap in price. It was a little too big; I followed the other reviews and ordered a size up, and it was actually a perfect fit but on the very tightest notches... I plan on losing so I want to avoid having to buy another one in a month, so I got returned it for a large today. I wear a size 28 in jeans (5/6).

Im 5'6 weighing 163lbs and I usually wear a medium in shirts so I got the medium size in the 25 steel Boned version. I got this solely for my BELLY because I eat too much junk food and it bloats me.... It fit perfectly and after wearing it once, I can already go down to the second row. In the photo the seller provided, it shows an hourglass shape, but it made me look super boxy so I just wear loose fitting clothes to hide the box look
I love this waist trainer. I was a little torn on whether to get a medium or small. My bust is 35, waist around 23 I believe and hips around 35 as well. Amazon size chart said medium and lover-beauty's said small. I wanted it to be snug but not too tight, so I went with the medium. I can get it all the way down to the smallest settings and it's still comfortable, I could POSSIBLY get into the largest setting of a small but I'm going to stick with the medium for a little bit. I'll have to move to a small sooner than I thought, but this is honestly just to give me shape and flatten my tummy when I wear tight shirts or dresses, not necessarily to waist train because waist training can be very dangerous. Overall I'm VERY pleased with my purchase!

I'm 5' 6 , 120 lbs, and my waist is around 26.5 . I don't have a huge stomach, but just a bit of belly fat that I wanna hide. This tucks it in perfectly, and cinches my waist in nicely! It's a little tight, but it's supposed to be. (I ordered the beige one in size XS, for the record.)
I bought a 3xl, I weigh 210 pounds and I'm 5'4 . I probably should have gotten a size 4xl instead of 3xl, but I'm pretty sure I'm between the two sizes anyways. I don't mind it being a little more snug. Honestly I love the material and it fits the length of my body pretty well. I'll definitely keep ordering as I move down in sizes. Was worth the buy and was delivered very fast.

This is my second one. Started with a medium and am now at a small (of course diet and exercise played a part) The medium did lose a wire after about half a year, but the quality is very good.
I've seen similar ones at stores for triple or more of the price of this one. The quaility of this is amazing!!!! I was hesitant on the sizes but after reading reviews I decided to go with the xxl. I'm 5'7 224lbs. It fits perfectly. I'm glad I got the xxl instead of The xl.
I'm 5'1 and 145 I ordered a large and it fit perfectly, this is the best waist trainer you can buy for the money!!

I think this product is awesome! It fit according to the chart. I have a 25 waist and purchased the small. I wore this to sleep every night and within a week I had it on the smallest hooks. This product doesn't help you magically lose weight, but it does shed your water weight. I think it's amazing and having worn it for a couple of months to sleep every other night, I can say I have wonderful ab definition. Since I sleep in it, it does help line up my spine and I have woken up with significantly less back pain as well. I don't know if it just keeps me from moving around while asleep but I'll take the perk. I don't feel like my organs are being smushed by any means.
I am rather petite to begin with at 5'1 and have tried to wear this out and about but the length of it is rather inconvenient for sitting or walking around. The bottom edge will dig into your thighs and if adjusted would then dig into my underboob. So perhaps the shorter version would be preferable for sitting/being out and about for all the petites out there. As I stated earlier, I wear it to sleep and it has definitely changed the outline of my figure and helped with shedding water weight around my waist. If you stop wearing it, your water weight will come back - so boo diet and exercise. For a quick fix with minimal effort I think it's worth a shot.

Strong stitching and detailing. No damage to hooks with multiple use. No coming apart at the seems. Really a fantastic product at a great price.
Perfect, I wear it when I'm working out at the gym as an exercise belt , it's very fitted.
