I love this waist trainer already! It came this morning and I can't wait to see results. it also was very affordable and I was skeptical about the quality of it but it is really durable material and feels expensive! It fits really snug (as it should) and improves my posture. I love the way I look in it I feel like I did before I had my daughter. I am 5'5 145lbs and a medium fit me perfectly. I highly recommend this product. 5 stars!

This item is as effective as you make it, so if you wear it a lot, it will shrink your waist quicker than if you don't wear it at all. That being said, there is a process known as seasoning that requires the waist trainer to be worn only 2-3 hours each day for the first 3 days, then adding another hour of wear after each day following. This prevents the garment from warping as many reviewers have found to be an issue. This is my third waist trainer and I am finally realizing that my lack of seasoning was the issue, so be sure to start slowly and gradually work your ways up to wearing the garment all day long!

I love this corset! It fits beautifully, is very comfortable no matter the size and row you may want to hook on, and does not ride up compared to other much more expensive ones I have. I also love the customer service. I had ordered twice but they were too big. It seemed the chart was not able to help me choose my perfect size. So, they asked for my measurement and sent a new one to me free! I was and still am very pleased. If this were something I could buy more than one of at a time, trust me I would. Thank you!

This is everything....I have several waist trainers and this one os BOMB. IT HAS TWENTY SIX STEAL BONES. MADE WELL STURDY, DOES NOT RIDE UP OR BUCKLE, It is very comfortable as it doesnt stab you in peculiar places but it does COMPRESS, and that is no joke. The latex allows you to sweay when working out.
And it shapes you in all the right places. No weirs. displaced looking wait line.
Get a size down and BEARR IT. if you are serious about waist training.
Wear for a couple hours and build up to 8 hours per day.

This product actually works with proper diet and little exercise!!! My waist is snatched!!!!! At first it's a little uncomfortable but you will eventually get use to it. I don't take it off I use it during all my activities once I'm able to! I started out with the medium now I'm down to a small! Really great 5 stars all the way!

I am 5ft and 32in waist line and I did not follow the sizing guidelines because I thought this is a waist cincher and it is not supposed to fit as what your current waist size is. So I ordered a small and I am glad I did. Obviously I started hooking on the first line and will eventually work further to the next lines. I also have a short torso, so my bra goes beyond the corset, which doesn't really bother me at all.

I bought a black one to use for a friend's wedding but I really like this so much I will get one in nude color next time.

I should have ordered based on the size chart instead of basing it on comments. My waist size is a 46 and I decided to get a 4XL. I should have opted for the 6XL. Had I gotten my actual size I wouldn't be worrying about extra bulges on my back. I love the material. Feels kind of rubbery which means it's easy to clean and good to sweat in and burn off those calories. Good product but mistake on my part. Will order a larger size and work my way down to the one I already purchased.
