my waist is about a 34 and I ordered the 31-32. it cinches very well. Easy to wear under clothing. It easy to lay in. It makes you sweaty but it works I went the whole day in it and I am only a rookie waist trainer. I love this thing I see the results and its only been about 2 weeks

I love it!! for its price and for beginners this is the perfect investment... I although I needed to get a smaller size than what I expected...But Amazon has a total hasslefree customer service and I was able to return and get a mew one with no problems and I'm loving my new smaller sized one!! This is perfect for beginners I think...I'm 5'3 myself and I had no problems size eise wise or with the torso.... like I said I love it and I'm completely satisfied for this being my first waist trainer

It fits as i expected, I bought a medium size and i am 5'4, 170lbs with a size 23.5 waist. It gives me a nice comfortable squeez on the first row and the perfect squeez on the last row, which means i will have to order me a small pretty soon, but this should help me for the next 3 months. And also for the cheap price this is, the quality of the material is great.. This definitely deserves the 5 stars, no lie.

I use this waist trainer on a regular basis and it has been holding up very well. I wear it at least 8 hours a day sometimes more. I haven't had any problems with it stretching out or not holding its shape. The hooks are holding up pretty well. I have one that is a little loose but is still in tact. I don't have any problems with the material pinching like I've had with other waist trainers. I like that it also helps to improve my posture.

For reference, I have a 35 waist. I chose the size option that included 35 as the minimum size. I could fasten it to the tightest set of rings, right off.

The length is good for my 5'4 frame. As an added bonus, if I wear it a bit low, it offers some low back support. The fabric does not breathe terribly well, so you'll feel a bit sweaty when you take it off, but while you're wearing it, it doesn't give any ill effects.

It gives a good shape through the waist and hips. Mine is a bit bulky at the top, under my breasts. If I wear a tank or something thin and stretchy, you can see the top edges of the waist trainer. Also, it pushes the wearer's bra and breasts up, which is nice when standing, but can be a bit awkward when sitting.

Overall, this is a great product, a good combination of strength in body shaping and comfort. I highly recommend.
