    I love this body shapper it runs very small I ordered an xl and I had to return it for a 3x which is still tight like I should be and it is perfect no back fat flat stomach and all love handles are gone. I'm 5'4 195 38DDD/F. My only negative for me is I'm already busty so the shapper makes me look even bigger. It's a must even for everyday wear very comfortable.

    What I seen it I was very skeptical about getting one because I wasn't sure about the sizing so I looked at the chart look at me look back at the chart I picked out or 2X. And I should have gotten a 3X but the great thing about it if I didn't lose with it because I gave it to my mother and she fits it perfectly so I know the 3x is going to work for me when it gets here because I turn right back around and ordered me one it's so worth it and she looks amazing in it I would recommend this to anyone who asked me about 1 just make sure you get the right size that fits you.

    I got this wonderful trainer TWO WEEKS early! It's a bit difficult to close on my own, but fits very snugly. My posture is improving! Very sturdy, well made, and it has a little give to it. I'm 5'3 and weigh 124, bra size 34DD. I got the large and it fits well.

    I love this waist trainer!! My waist is a 29 which is supposed to be a large but I went down a size and got a medium because I've read other reviews that said order a size down. It was hard to get on at first but now it's super easy because I've been wearing it for awhile and it's not hard to breathe in.

    I ordered this item and as I opened the package I feel in love with it. It was well made the material very nice. Unfortunately, the sizes run very small. I am returning it and have already placed an order for a larger size. I gave a 5 star because of the material and how it is made (well deserved!).
