So far so good! I've noticed progress in the month that I have had it and it fits super comfortably. Remember to do core exercises regularly as well or risk a soft atrophied midsection. I bought it in a size small and it fits me snug but very well. Will repurchase in a smaller size when I get there!

I wear a size 9 jeans in hollister and I wear small shirts & I got a medium. it fits tight but it's supposed to, and it's not by any means uncomfortable but it's not stretchy either. but it doesn't bother me to wear it. I just got it today and I'll post updates.

I absolutely love this! But it's a little too big for me. I'm 5'9 and weight 220lbs I ordered a 3XL going but my waist size and turned out it was too big... I got down to the last row of hooks. So I'm hoping the XXL will help out.

In the size ranges, go by a middle number... If the size is 40-42, you should be a size 41 to fit... Although it should be small

It fits perfectly. I already had a waist trainer but it was a large an it really doesnt snug me anymore which is a great sign by the way. So i bought this waist trainer in a medium it fits how it ia suppose to. I have been trying to get my body back in shape but since i had my baby in march i needed a little help geeting my waist back right. This was a great biy and i would recommend this to anyone
