I'm 5'7 at 170lbs with a 32 waist. I bought a large so I have some wiggle room when I lose weight, it looks amazing even if it's a tad too tight right now. I love this product!

I'm 5'1 , 134lbs and my waist was 35 . Had a baby a month ago and needed a good waist cincher. I went by my size and it was way too small so I ordered a medium still too small, I ordered an xl which is by their measurements and it was big on top. Finally on the 4th try the L is a perfect fit. Good thing I have prime. The belt is definitely something to get used to.

Thank you Amazon I received my item days before expected delivery date....she it arrived I was in the middle of working out I did took a few tries to get it on but it fit perfectly. ..I ordered a small do I was only able to snap the first row...I'm 5'5 140lbs..I received it 5/29 and by 6/7 I was at the 3rd space may have to buy Xsmall soon

I'm shocked it actually is a good product for the price.. The first day I couldn't put it on because I was full from eating but the next day I was able to put it on. It is comfortable. Worth the price compared to the other trainers I have spent money on.

Just so you have an idea I am 5ft 9 inches and weight around 155lbs and bought a size medium. This fits nice and tight but I can still breathe in it. As you see It can still go 2 sizes smaller (which will never happen lol). I bought the black one to work out in. This took a little adjusting to but actually helps with the little back fat us normal women have and keeps my back stable and straight when lifting weights. I bought a flesh tone one as well for those events you want to look on point with (no shame!). All in all great product! I almost ordered the large but glad I didn't would have been to big and thanks to other ladies who kindly put the height and weight on here I was better able to choose the best size for me!

I am definitely the opposite of a Kardashian fan. But, ever since they made waist trainers famous, I wanted to have one.
I bought the 24-26 inch size (small) and I can say it fits perfectly! I absolutely ADORE this Waist trainer, super high quality and comfortable.
