    I am glad I purchased this trainer. The material is great and very durable. It foes take getting used to but I am now on the second set of hooks comfortably. Good value you should buy. I got an xl

    Totally not what I was expecting! I guessed on size and the fit was perfect. I am amazed on how well this holds me in and smooths out all the places I need smoothing! Strength /quality is amazing too! It's well made! I'm a big girl and needed some extra help after having babies and this waist trainer does the job! Only complaint is you can see the seem down the front from the closures. Other than that it's perfect! Can't wait to get the next one a size smaller!

    Really well made, very strong and sturdy, i find starting from the bottom up the easiest way to close it, then move it over to the next row. Very nice product.

    This is my first product review on Amazon. This waist trainer does run small so I ordered a size larger than what I would usually order. All I can say is it fits comfortably and I wear it all day at work. I started with the first hooks and 3 months after (I was also eating healthy) I am now on the 3rd hooks comfortably! I am ready to order my next waist trainer! I love this product!

    The quality is great, I order based on the inches selected, however you'll find the fabrice does give a little. I've had it only a week and am on the second row already. I'll definitely by from this company again.

    The short torso is perfect for me (I'm short- waisted). It helps my back & my posture & I love it! I had to send back the first one because the stitching pulled on on a couple of the hooks. But I ordered another one right away. I want to get a white one too, but so far have not seen it in the short waist style.

    Follow the chart and you will be fine... understand that if you are waist training it is a process... and you must start out with the correct size or you will be miserable and dislike this product... my waist is a 31 and I got a size large... it fits perfect...

    This waist trainer is absolutely amazing. I have ordered 2 waist trainers previously from [...] or other waistshaper sites on Instagram. Now to start, the ones you'll buy elsewhere are going to run you over 65 dollars. And I was very skeptical at first and wasn't sure if it was going to be the same quality since they are only 14.99. But these are AMAZING!! I have a 34 inch waist and I ordered an xl and it's perfect. Thank you

    Love it! Fits just right. I've been wearing it everyday. It makes my waist look smaller. Fits very tight so make sure you go up 2 sizes. I'm a size large but got a 2x. Try it you won't be disappointed.

    This is perfect! I'm a floor nurse and can wear this all shift without discomfort! And I've noticed slimming of my waist as well. My main problem was rolling up in the back with other waist trainers. This doesn't do that at all!!

    The product fits like a glove!! I am 5'7 and I weigh 150 pounds. I purchased this waist trainer in a medium and I can not only see a difference; I can feel it as well. So far my posture has improved and this waist trainer helps you to stop over eating. The waist trainer looks exactly like the one in the picture!!!!

    I received my waist trainer today. The packaging was decent. The product is sturdy and has good quality. I'm 5'7 , I measure 36 bust, 32 waist and 46 hips and based on the reviews I ordered a large. However, I comfortably fit the 2nd row of hooks and the third one is just a little fitted. I will be exchanging for a medium. I also have a long torso so that might be a factor as well. Other than that it is a great replacement for the $80 ones I had before (which were the vest ones and very effective!) plus I got it in two days, just in time for my trip to Jamaica. I also bought one for my friend in Jamaica. Hopefully it fits. But I do recommend. I'm satisfied with my purchase.
