I am 5'4 and 110 pounds and got the small and it fits perfectly. The material seems to be super durable and of good quality. I purchased the one that had 4 clasps instead of 3 and I'm happy with that. It's easier to put on if you start on the bottom clasps. IF YOU are much shorter than 5'4 or have a short torso like I do then you may want to reconsider this product. I like the fact that it goes from right under my bust to under my pant line, but that may not be suitable for everyone. This is my first waist trainer and I can honestly say I am completely happy with this purchase!

Okay so. Starting out, I'm 5'8 . Pre-baby I was 155 lbs, wearing size 11-13 jeans and large shirts. 14 months after baby is born, I'm 165 lbs, size 15 jeans, and absolutely no amount of diet and excersize is helping to return my stomach to what it was. I obviously do not have very elastic skin and my organs have been shifted out of placed. So I decided it was time to try this. I ordered an xl, but really could've used a 2xl. Or just another row of clasps. But I wasn't gonna return it or buy another.
Putting this thing on. OMG. It probably wouldn't have been so hard with a 2xl, but this was a workout (I'll admit I cried when I got the last clasp done and realized I missed one and threw the whole row off.) But once its on and you move around a couple hours, its comfortable. Great for correcting posture, though not as breathable as I had hoped. I mean, I'm sweating. With it on I can finally wear my pre-pregnancy shirts again, without the issue of belly pouches, fat hips, or lumpiness. Yeah, not gonna lie, I gotta check myself out every time I pass my reflection because its been so long since I've looked this good. My hope is after a few weeks of continuous wear I get the smoothness without it, but until then, I'm perfectly happy with wearing it under my shirts if it makes me feel better again.

It is exactly what was advertised, but I will say this is not to be used as a stand alone for waist training! It's more for when you work out and can't wear the standard corset!

Got a small. Fit super super tight at first (on the first hook) It was so hard to get it on.. It was very very uncomfortable.It made my back hurt… but it got loos (not too loos) and now Im able to put it on without struggling and fits perfect.
I had gained weight so the first couple of weeks I put it on, my back fat would hangout!! smh. but Ive been working out and all.so it fits better..Im able to put it on the second hook now!! I don't use it workout.
Very very strong and stiff material. Not like a faja at all. Way better.

Just received this today and couldn't wait to try it on. I love it!!!! Hands down the best waist trainer I have ever bought! I'm short 5'3 but I have a long torso. I always end up with either flab over the top, a pooch belly at the bottom, or in most cases both! This is a full waist trainer. Goes from right under my boobs all the way to my pelvis for complete control. My waist measures at 35 so j bought the 2x and it is perfect! I can only get it to the first set of notches but that's good because now I have room to get tighter without buying a new one. Highly recommend!

I am a size 16 pants & 2xl top. I ordered the 2xl and it didn't come close to fitting. I couldn't even get it close to closing even lying down. The latches were about 12 inches apart. I returned it and ordered a larger size so I'm hoping it works. The material and structure of the waist training was very nice so I truly hope the next one fits. Update - I went with my gut instinct and ordered a size 6XL even though according to the size chart provided a 2XL should have worked. Well even though my ego was crushed the 6XL worked perfectly. This is my 1st day wearing it and so far everything is great. It is very breathable material. No rods pushing into my sides, and so far 4 hours into my day and I feel great. I can tell it's working because I'm sitting straighter, walking taller, and my t-shirt fits smoother. I think the size chart needs to be updated but the waist trainer is fabulous.

Nice. I got it for sleeping in and it is more comfortable for that purpose than a regular corset. The cincher feels very sturdy and well made, I'm sure it will last me a good while. It isn't quite long enough for me to wear with an outfit or such but it is stated how long it is in the description. If you have a longer torso it may not fit you, so keep it in mind if you're interested in getting it for wearing out. As I'm using it for sleeping it's not a problem for me, shorter cinchers usually are better for that.

I wear a 8/10 size in dress and a 29 in jeans, medium size fits perfect. Took a very long time to put it on on the second hook and take it off. So far, can only wear it all day long on the loosest hook. Highly recommend it ! Good quality

Fits great. I'm 6'0ft tall and 185 lbs so I got xxl. Can be seen under tight clothing but under a shirt you can't tell. Don't know if I could wear everyday for a month to see if it actually decreases waist size but on specific days when I need a tummy tuck this works great.

I'm 5'4 and weight 144lbs and I got a medium. my waist and tummy area are always a problem with me when I wear fitted clothing. I got this cincher to wear for a wedding under a dress in hopes to tuck my tummy and love handles away. When I put it on it was a little difficult at first (this was the first time I wear one) but when I got it on it looked amazing. Wore it under a dress and it gave me some curve. There was a little budlge in the armpit area but it's expected and doesn't look that bad. I recommend it because it makes your wait look smaller, it's really comfortable and easy to put on once you get the hang of it.
