What can I say about this that others haven't already? Well, if you're looking to be cinched with an hourglass figure, this is the one. Works better than any spanx or shape wear I've ever tried. I purchased a large (am 5'4 , 160 lbs, 32 waist) and it is a workout to get it on. First and second time putting it on by myself, I really worked up a sweat and almost gave up thinking it was too small! I had to get some help the 3rd time to pull the sides in while I did up the hooks. Hard work getting it on but SO worth it for the results. I wore it to a bridal shower under a bandage dress, and then again to an evening rooftop wedding under a cocktail dress. Nothing but compliments on how shapely I looked and bonus, it makes your booty really pop!

Here's how it feels wearing it: Standing, I could barely feel it on. I could relax and didn't have to constantly suck my belly in. I danced for hours with it on as well. Seated, it's not that comfortable but it's not expected to be. I had to keep standing every 30-45 minutes to breathe and reset. It really does help you not to over eat either so that's a bonus in my books. TIP: a strapless bra will keep falling down with it if you're moving a lot (like how I was dancing) but that's because your circumference is much smaller. Had to constantly pull it back up. If you're wearing a regular bra or straps, you should be fine. In hindsight, I should've gone with an XL for every day use and comfort but love the look of the L for dramatic effect. Wearing it 3 days in a row, I could see a difference in the flatness of my belly and curve of my waist even without it on. You can see it working very quickly, especially if you walk or do cardio in it. Follow the size chart in the pictures and don't be discouraged getting it on!

I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT!! breathable fabric. doesn't hurt. You should definitely wear a tank top underneath though because if you sweat... it kind of sticks to your body and chafes (spelling?). All in all.... I love it!!

I love it! after reading a few comments I was worried it would be a cheap material and not what I was looking for, but it is exactly what I was looking for! The material is great, it's breathable, flexible, and not very noticeable. The only thing I would say is a little weird about it is that it pushes your boobs up a lot and sort of makes them look wider, but other than that it's perfect and cheap!

It was hard to get on the first time aka today, but after a little while i got it. It was sturdy and comfortable to do daily activities. I left mine on for 6 hours and it did not hinder my breathing at all. My midsection did get a little warmer than usual when moving a lot, but nothing uncomfortable. I am using it in addition to exercise, eating healthy. It is mainly to bring my stomach muscles back together after my baby. I love this product so far.

I weigh 240 and ordered a 5x - but I really believe I could have used a 4x. Nevertheless, this really does the trick. It gives you those extra inches you need to squeeze into something. The one thing I realized is you can see the imprint of the foundation through your clothing - so- choose your fabrics wisely when leaving home.

This is my second garment from them and I plan to buy another soon since I've cinched thru two sizes already. Happy girl!!! I been waist training on and off for over 15years and had solely used steel boned back lacing corsets that cost waaaay to much money and are extremely heave(mine are about 5lbs). I have a long torso so finding waist trainers online doesn't usually work for me. I came across this brand and thought I would give it a try.
Last year I packed on the pounds and needed a little extra help with my weight lose regime. So I decided to give this brand a try. I wanted something more comfortable than my lace up corsets to wear under clothes and the gym. Buy this, especially if you have a longer torso!! It seamlessly hides under my clothes, fixes my posture, and I can also wear it to the gym without it hurting. I started out with the XL and will now be going down to a medium. These things are great. It's a gradual process but if your stick with it, it will work to trim your waist line down and give you a beautiful hourglass shape.

I was a little sceptical ordering this online... Said that to say this the quality us great the shipping time was perfect my only problem was the sizing. I am 5'4 162lbs I ordered a xl sad to say it was to small. Thought would be safe knowing that was the size shirt I wear! Runs really small so I will be ordering a xxxl.

Good material. Very comfortable. I love that there are 4 rows of hooks and not 3. I would buy your American size in this. It will be very snug at first, but these garments to stretch (I guess it's called seasoning). Just like a bra and a good pair of jeans stretches and feels looser and more comfortable over time, so will this waist trainer. My only personal problem is that I have a smaller rib cage than hips so I feel like I want to use one row of hooks for the bottom half and a smaller row of hooks for the top half. I'm not sure if that's just me or if it's a problem with the garment. However, it's still 5 stars. Love it. Getting ready to get the smaller size.

This product is perfect. My only complaint is that I have a small torso and it cuts into my boobs a bit. Next I will order the small torso waist trainer. It is very sturdy and durable and I could already hook the second set of hooks on the 3rd day of wearing it.
