I know it's very affordable which is making you have second thoughts, but ladies you better go get your waist trainer because this waist trainer is perfect, it's exactly what you need and it's exactly what your looking for. The quality is amazing if your unsure about your size measure your waist. But returning is super easy so don't beat yourself up if you get the wrong size it takes two days for the returning process. I got a new waist trainer by the end of the week

I love the waist trainer but must say I ordered it once in a medium which is what I figured I would wear and it was much much to small, I ended up having to order and XL and I'm 5'4 and 125lbs so that was unexpected. Other than that I really love it and I do feel that it works!

I Love Love Love my waist trainer. When I first put it on, I couldn't wear it longer than a few hours, and that was in the loosest fit. That was a little over a month ago. Now, I wear it all day everyday, in the tightest fit. I'm losing inches overall, but it really helps me with my posture. Two years ago, I was involved in an automobile accident that left me with fractures in my spine, as well as compressed vertebrae. Needless to say, I put on extra weight because of medication, healing, and food consumption. Since wearing my waist trainer, my back feels more supported and I'm focused on sitting straighter and walking taller. Also, while wearing it, I don't eat as much because it holds me in. I'm getting ready to order another. YES, I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

Use the sizing chart! I am 5 9 and weigh about 200 and I wear a large tee shirt and got an extra large and it fits perfectly! Will buy again!!!

Got here really quickly which was nice but their sizing is really weird. I'm a size 14/16 and based off of the sizing chart I had to order a 4x (which I thought would be HUGE!) and it super hard to get on. I had to have my boyfriend help me get it on the first few times. Also, I'm not sure if it's just how waist trainers work but it kind of hurts my spine, I know it's not because it's too tight I'm still able to fit nearly a whole first between the trainer and my stomach. Right under my boobs I'm a lot smaller but i get hella thick near my belly button so I have the bottom part on the loosest part and then under my boobs I tightened it a bit. Overall I like it.

I ordered a size medium a few weeks ago but it was too small, so I returned it and ordered a large and its tight but I got it on. It's a little hard to sit down while wearing it right now. I'm 5'3 about 150 pounds and a size 8 in jeans/medium in shirts. I could immediately see a difference. I just received it today but so far I love it!
