Currently 7 weeks PP & weigh in at 154, !!!! Just placed my order for a size L due to XL no longer fits. So I went from a size Xxl, xl and now l in just 7 weeks! I my first two we're the trainers with less boneing, so the l I just bought is the 26 steal boning. I am now wearing for 16-17 hours per day, working out, & eating better! Keep In mind babes as you'll see below, a month before I found out I was pregnant I was 192 pounds! Once I found out, I was 187, now I'm 154! Buy!!!! Update 4: SO NOW 4 WEEKS PP (AFTER BABY) I'M ON THE THIRD NOTCH! HAVE NOT YET STARTED WORKING OUT BUT I EXPECT BETTER RESULTS AFTER APPROVED BY MY Ob. ON THE THIRD NOTCH, 5'1 160 POUNDS ORDERED A SIZE 2XL! I ALSO HAVE A XL I'M HOPING TO FIT ONCE I START WORKING OUT. IT FITS ON THE FIRST ROW, JUST TO TIGHT!
REMEMBER IF YOU CANNOT BREATH, OR MOVE THEN ITS TO TIGHT! YOU'LL NEED TO TAKE OFF ASAP AND ORDER A CORRECT SIZE, WHILE A WAIST TRAINNER IS TO BE TIGHT IT SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE. IT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE.

3rd update: it currently been 2 weeks since I have worn this. I am now 3 weeks PP after baby number 3! I started on the first row, and I'm now on the third: -) woot!! I have not yet began to exercise, but due to most foods making me sick during my pregnancy, I am still turned off by most foods . So kind of in a way I'm dieting?? Any who this mama of three is getting back to her before baby body! Buy this! You won't regret.
I also tried to post photos, unfortunately there's no where to add them? Maybe I'll figure it out??
Update:so after receiving a product that was waayy to Small, I ended up throwing it in my closet where it sat there for months.
Then 187 pounds 5'1 a 2xl didn't fit. Ended up pregnant a month after ordering, so I just forgot about it. Well after pregnancy. (My third) I loSt alit of my pre-preg weight, now 163 2 weeks PP. I decided to try it on well it fits. It not only fits. Its lose on the first notch. Is very comfortable, I can sit, clean house, shop and actually breath! (Cant workout just yet) but I have been applying cocoa butter lotion on before putting on and by the end of the day I take it off and my belly is very wet (ewww) have only used for 1 week but idk if it's just my preggers belly going down on it's own, or this, but ehhh it looks great while wearing either way. Thick thighs, big booty, and small belly: ) yes! Lol
Note the back will roll down through out the day, have to keep having hubby pull it up for me.
Also it's a bit on the short side again im short, 5'1 with a short torso and it wont go all the way down. but i love it!
So I ordered the wrong size. I'm 5`1 180 pounds size 12 pants. Ordered a size xl. Big mistake. And returning to China is a hassle. So I decided to squeeze into it. I will up date pics a month from now as I am going to work out while wearing it. Fits from bra line to panty line perfect. Definitely will be buying the correct size once I get paid...p.s it won't let me post pics?
