I love it do far! I'm 5 11 and 158 lbs , I ordered a medium and it fit perfectly. It is very snug which is how it is supposed to be I guess.

This really works. I am 5'4 150 pounds. I order the XL to wear under a fitted, bodycon dress. OMG! Sexy, Sexy, Sexy. I have had three c sections so I have that pooch in my lower abdomen. I connected it at the tightest hook and wow! This corset completely flattened that area and created the hourglass I once had before the babies. I will order more of these

The quality of this trainer is Amazing I couldn't be more happy. When I first put it on I could barely fasten on last clasps and I needed the assistance of my daughter...but the next day I went down a row and the third day I was on the first row so I'm already ordering the next size down!!! Great great product!!!!

I got this for after my pregnancy. I gained a good amount of weight after my pregnancy and wear a large shirt. I got a 2x and had difficulty getting it on at first. It's now easy to get on and I feel great wearing it. It takes some getting used to but I love it! I definitely suggest this but go up a size or two from what you would normally wear.

I was so scared that this wouldn't fit. I had bought a xl before seeing that is my shirt size. But this time around i bought a 3xl and it fits like a glove. It really sucks you in lol and it keeps your posture up right. It doesn't hurt to move or lay down. Its awesome for me

First im a bit skeptical, but on my second day it fits perfect and amazed that my belly is so flat and i got shape instantly. Love this product.

I ordered a size XL I'm 5'5 1/2 tall 198 Lbs. At first I didn't think it would fit, but I started to fasten it from the very top down then I pulled it down by the sides. It's perfect and very comfortable. I do have a small waist to begin with and very little fat on the sides and tummy. I love the comfort, the fabric & the fit. As I sit it rolls up a tiny bit from the side & back due to having a big booty so that's to be expected no big deal. Overall I love it! I will update my comment after a week of using it.

Update ..I have to reorder to a smaller size from a XL to a L

Update 1 week later. I love it! Can't wait to receive size L. I notice the difference after wearing it 4 times for 8 hours per day. My daughter noticed the difference on my waistline, so I ordered one for her. I also have been telling my family & friends about this product. 3 ppl placing their order. No regrets! It suppose to fit a bit tight so you can get that hourglass shape.

Don't get me wrong I love this waist trainer, but it's a bit tight and the only reason is my skin is saggy from pregnancy and that's what mainly makes it tight. I had another one that really stretches so I thought that this one would be the same, but it wasn't. This is not a bad thing though it actually holds way better than the other one I own and it is very comfortable. I ordered a small, but should of gone with the medium. Height is 5'6 and weight 153

Love it !!! It fits and holds me in place. I am 5 foot 4 and 165 lbs and trying to loose weight and tighten my skin. Just ate lunch and I'm stuffed with half the food, hope this works!

If you are on the border of ordering this or not like I was, just do it! I am so glad I did. This is seriously such an amazing waist trainer. I wanted to buy a Premadona trainer at first (the $100+ trainers that the Kardashians promote) but then I found this cheaper alternative and took a shot. Seriously best decision made. I was a little nervous about the size to wear but went with a medium. I measured my waist at 30 inches (this is the part where you naturally curve or where you tummy creases if you bend to the side while standing up). Make sure you measure here, not the largest part of your belly! Go by the Yianna sizing chart! Not the amazon one. Although, I ordered a size down so that I could fit on the smallest hook, it's pretty tight. Definitely go by the chart! The length is perfect ( I also measured the length of my torso to ensure that I didn't need a small torso waist trainer). It doesn't really dig into my skin or anything. I saw people complaining about the smell of the product? It smells like new shoes to be honest, it's not overwhelming and I'm sure after a wash or a few wears it will go away. It doesn't smell by any means. Also, it arrived so quickly! In less than a week, it was at my house which is impressive. The material is thick and the rods are flexible but also pretty sturdy so you are forced to fix your posture (exactly what I need). First day wearing it but I will update if it starts to bend, break or anything.

Love this, its so comfortable and you cant even tell you are wearing it, good for your posture too cause when you sit down it kinda makes you sit straight and not slouch, which is good.

OK- I know there are a lot of reviews about this corset and I was really hesitant to purchase this because of the mixed reviews. I will attempt to give more information.
I bought this because I wanted something to support my back and tuck in my love handles for some dresses I wanted to wear. I wanted something that didn't show too much under my clothing as well. I am 5'6 and weigh 225lbs and got the 4X. I am thick. After reading the reviews I went with a 4x and I have to wear this on the biggest clips but I think it fits me perfectly! I love the material on the outside, it's sort of like wetsuit material but not sticky. It makes everything nice and smooth. The inside material is really soft and comfy and I don't think it will be too hot. The bottom comes right down to the top of my underwear and right below my bra line which is perfect. Getting it on is a pain in the BUTT but I think that is pretty normal for all shapewear. Here is a hint for quickly putting it on. Start with the bottom latch and then work your way up one at a time. I usually pull it up to right under my ribcage to latch them and pull it down as I get higher up. works like a charm.
Ok the first picture is a picture before I have the corset on and then with it on my tummy. then I have the corset on so you can see what it looks like under clothes as well as a pic of just me in the corset. It hides really nicely in the front but you can see the top of it under my dress in the back. It's not that big of a deal though and the dress is really tight so I doubt it would show on something loose.

I just got this in the mail, the quality is excellent! Fast shipping and good price! I'm 5'2 100 lb with bugger hips and ribs. I ordered an xs. My first attempt to put it on resulted in regards packaging it and deciding to exchange it for a size small. However wanting instant gratification I decided to give it another shot. 20 Minutes and one broken nail later I got it on. I can't breathe and I'm not sure if I'll be able to get it off. Still coincidering exchanging for size small!

Love love love!! I got it in two days I ordered a large and it's super tight ...probably should've got a xlarge so it wouldn't be so tight but I honestly want it to work super fast along with my exercising!
