Bought one to help get my shape back after having my third child. I wear it when I workout and loved it so much I bought a second one. Sizing: They r extremely tight. I struggle to get the large on (but to be fair being tight is kind of the whole point) I'm 5'5 and 145 right now (7 weeks post baby) fit build. So if your a curvier build I would purchase 1 size up.

I'm 5'6 150 lbs and my waist is 29. I ordered a size medium. It's snug but that's how it's supposed to fit. I think it's comfortable but I'm used to a corset. Pretty good quality. I'd recommend this item if your looking for a waist cincher.

WOW AND WOW!

I never knew wearing something like this could feel so good. I have to say, I was impressed when I pulled it out of its bag. The texture is great to touch and fees just as great to wear it. This surprised me as I expected it to feel stiff or too restrictive. This is not so. now, I did order the 5XL ... I was about a 39 inch waist upon ordering. I am in my menses at the moment, and just got the corset. My waist is now 41. Looking at the chart they provide in the images... I should wear a 5XL or a 6XL in my current state. But.... i think I should have went down a size to a 4XL. See, I can easily get the corset on the smallest/closest hooks and there is room to snug it up. So... it is comfortable, but not really snug . Of course, I am not complaining! I am just saying, as I lose some weight the 5XL will be too big and I will need a smaller size. So, for me... I would prefer the snugger 4XL on the largest setting so that I could snug it up tighter as needed or wanted. And I cannot do that with the 5XL.

So, to me, this is a bit larger and I suggest you go a size down if you are on the low end of the size [example you have a 38 in waist and 5XL is for 38-40, that you go with the 4XL, one down, so that the 38 is the wide and you have room to snug it up]. Of course, if you like a relaxed fit... ignore everything I just said!!! [smiles]

PROS:

CONS:
Does not seem to pull in the waist as much as images suggest.
Sizing is a little too big for me, I suggest go one smaller if waist is on the small end of the sizing increment.

I absolutely love this. I'm 5'9'' and weigh about 175 and wear a size medium/large shirt so I chose the size large and it couldn't be more perfect! It's a snug fit on the first set of hooks but that's what I wanted. I'm excited to see the end results!

Best Waist Trainer I've ever purchased! It doesnt scrunch up on the sides or bend in the back like my old waist trainer. I would've been a L by the size chart but I ordered a size down & it fits me perfect!

Great, rarely write reviews and was super apprehensive about ordering this but it turned out better than expected I used the size chart and ordered an XL I'm 5'10 and 180 pounds it fits great, at first I could only hook the first row now I'm on the second and that's only after day!

The corset fit right had a small issue with it the first go round but now it fits perfectly I love it and I recommend it to anybody who wants it.

I LOVE this clinch so comfortable to use all day I would definitely reorder it I did order a bigger size and glad I looked into the reviews firsts since it clearly says in most of them that it find a little small which is true but if you order one bigger size it should fit perfectly fine.

I was very skeptical because of the low price , since my previous one from another company was $60 .just got it in the mail and it is tight but waist trainers should be tight . It is long and stretches from my breast to right above my pelvic area which I was worried about since I was some pudge . Great material not to sure how the bone inside will hold after while so I shall see ! Overall excellent great buy

Just received mine today. Feels pretty sturdy. I am 4'10 and weigh 138 pounds and ordered a Medium. It is a little tight because of my belly but I think a large would have been too big.

I have never used corsets and this is my first time purchasing one, I was absolutely astonished at the fact that this corset is so well made and is offered at such an unbeatable price. I selected the blue size small, the color is lovely and extremely vibrant, being my favorite color this made me extremely happy! I wear it under my clothes daily and never felt uncomfortable in it, sometimes I even forget that I have it on. The material is so smooth and the hooks are very sturdy. Remember to order in your correct size by following the sizing chart! You should never purchase one that is too tight and leaves you gasping for air. I am absolutely in love and will definitely be buying again! :)

Received the package a day early then expected with the cheapest option of delivery picked!! I picked the size small...Im 5'2 (height) and weigh about 115-125 lbs my weight fluctuates. So that was why I was effy about what size plus I didnt know my waist measurements BUT I took a chance and bought it anyways and it fits....it feels comfortable, the inside is soft and outside is soft too but with a latex feel. Hopefully this will help with anyone around my height and weight because now I know what my waist measurement is because it fits, s/21 -23 (size).....

So happy with this product. Fits exactly as it should (if you follow the size chart) with full coverage from under-bust to hip. I'm 5'8 at 125/130lbs and around a 25 waist. I ordered a size SMALL (Black). Shipping was quick. Extremely comfortable and truly does assist with posture. Can't wait for the results!

I just got my waist trainer the other day, i should have got a size bigger considering my stomach is still loose from having a baby. I am capable of closing every hook even though its a little hard. For the price this is a really nice waist trainer i had already recommended it to a friend. It supports my back very nicely making my posture straight im really hoping this helps with the after affects of having a kid. This will be worn every day.
