I was not going to purchase a $200 waist trainer! So I purchased this one and I really like it. I'm currently just on my first week of wearing it and I only wear it a few hours a day while I'm at home. It really prevents me from overeating, which is my main issue. I've tried working out in it but it's a little difficult depending on the workout. Since I haven't been wearing it that long I can't tell if there has been a change yet. If I had a bad day eating wise and I'm wearing it, the next day I don't look bloated. I'm about 145 pounds and 5'4 and I got a medium.

I just got mine in the mail today, came way earlier than expected. Soooo comfortable. So far seems like great quality. Will definitely order from them again!!!!

I ordered a size small girdle, which I knew would be too small (needed a medium). However, my goal was to cinch my waist down enough to fit the small. Day one, I was only able to fasten the first two hooks at the top, and one at the bottom. I assumed this would be an extremely long road ahead. Yesterday (day two) rolls around, and I was able to fasten three hooks at the top and two at the bottom. And today (day three), as I type this, I was able to fully clasp each hook without struggle (as pictured). What an amazing turn around! This girdle definitely helps support your posture. I've been having some back discomfort and this has made an immense difference. It's tight, but not at all suffocating. I wear it all day (no more than 7 hours though). When I eat, it does not get uncomfortable. Once you remove it for the day, you feel the difference. I'd highly suggest this girdle! Keep in mind, it does run a tad smaller than true to size. If you're looking to achieve a certain shape, I say go for one size smaller and work your way to the first row of clasps. Once I am able to clasp the second row, I will report back :) !!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm 4'11 about 140 and got a size medium and at first I thought I would die putting it on but it's suppose to be tight so it fit wonderful. Even when I was 100 pounds I've always been curvaceous but after my last (3rd) child it was hard to get my figure back. It's actually fairly comfortable and works wonders for my posture. Fits on the largest hooks which was just what I wanted so I could use it for a while.

I uploaded a good photo for you guys to show that it does in fact make you smaller! I just got it yesterday so I'm not sure if it will make me shrink at all but I will update my review. Mine fits as expected which is REALLY tight. The size chart said for me to get an xxl but I wanted it to be reallllly tight so I got an xl. I have to do the ol' lay on my back on the bed trick to button it but it makes me look 20lbs lighter! Since mine is a size smaller it is a bit uncomfortable but if you measure an inch above your belly button and get the size advised I'm sure it wouldn't be. I love it! I will let you know if it makes me lose any inches!

Well I was very skeptical at first because I didn't think I was going to be able to get it on ! I'm 5'4 and 165 lbs and I ordered a large. I was determined to get it on because of a event tomorrow I really wanted to wear it too so I laid down on my bed and got it on lol make sure you start from the bottom and go up. Once I got it on, I was so excited. It made me feel so much more confident instantly. I think it's really going to help with my posture as well. Whoever started this fad is just genius!

Alright so I got an xs thinking that it would be slightly stretchy, but and I very nice tightness, when I got it, it was very stiff but once I put it on once or twice that very stiffness stretched out a bit. but it's still very stiff and I've worn it over a month !!! VERY GOODDDD makes you look very thinner in clothes !!

I am pretty happy so far. I am about 19 months post partum. I am 5'9,189 lbs, 38 DDD about a 36 inch waist (i kinda guessed on it to be honest) normally wear size large in tops, xl in some for a looser fit, a size 12/13 in juniors or a 31 or 32, 33 at the most for pants in those sizes. So i read other comments and i did as suggested and went two sizes up, ordered a XXL. On a scale from 1-10 for me the fit is a 8. So i think this is a good first size. I am almost certain an XL would NOT have worked for me right now. The first hooks kinda didnt feel like they did much, i wish my third hooks were my first hooks (does that make sense?) The third hooks i definitley feel good, it is actually a bit tight so i might have to adjust to the second. This is my first one so with nothing else to compare it to, it feels like good quality. Im going to order from this seller again in about 2 weeks a size xl. It came quickly and i am sitting up better. I am glad i got this! Would recommend.

Very good quality. I am 5'2 142 pounds so I got a medium. Fits great! I struggled to get it on because of my gut but hang in there you'll get it.

Couldn't be more pleased! Looks great under clothes! Exactly what I was expecting/hoping for. Follow the suggested measurements, they are pretty accurate. I've been wearing mine for 2 weeks and I've already moved down to the second row of hooks (with the help of lots of water, good diet, and exercise of course!)

I literally just got my waist trainer and I LOVE IT ! it fits snug just as I expected it to & how it should fit . it definitely helps with posture and it gives your boobs a nice little lift while wearing it . I got an XL and that's generally my shirt size . if I had gotten a size Large I definitely wouldn't been able to fit into it . defently go by your waist size & not your bust because I'm a 38 around my chest and that would've been a 6X .

This waist trainer is amazing. I've only had it for a week and I love it. It definitely gives you the hourglass shape. And I hope I lose some inches in my waist. For reference I'm 4'11 and weight about 110 lbs so I got the Short Torso one in XSmall, at first I thought I wasn't gonna fit in but with the help of my cousin we got it in. The second time I did it myself and I'm still in the last hook hoping I could fit on the second one by next week

Just got it and it's good quality I ordered and XS and just got it closed. I'm glad I found it. Cheap and good product came in within a week.

This is a great corset for such a low price. Very well stitched and really comfortable. There are a lot of hooks to match together and it takes a bit of work to get them all linked together but once it's done it fits really well. We ordered a large on purpose because my daughter likes to get them larger so she can cinch them to fit with her sewing machine. So, she normally wears an extra small... so I had her hold it tighter in the back for the picture so you can get an idea of how it looks. I love this product... it really is a great deal. Corsets can be expensive.
