I purchased this waist trainer a few Months ago and have been wearing ever since. First I bought a size large then went down to a small. I have to say this product works. I have lost a few inches off my waist. It fits really well and as expected. I would recommend this to anyone. Go head give it a shot you will not regret it.

Litterally the snatch I was looking for, it was maybe a little smaller than expected but I was still able to put on first hook. Doesn't chafe skin and will need something to smooth out on top of your wearing super tight clothing but overall. Not one complaint, it does what its supposed too

Very good quality!! Don’t worry about the size if you use size L on your clothes get the same size for the waist trainer the first time is a little hard to put on but next time you are gonna be an expert!! I just don’t like the zipper is hard to pulled up yourself!!

I’m 5’2 and weigh 168 lbs.I bought a medium and it fits great! I was kind of scared to buy this waist trainer just because of so many bad ones I had wasted money on but it’s honestly the best I’ve tried! And I have horrible posture..I feel as if it’s being corrected when I wear it 😳!!

Girl get the waist trainer!!!! I’m 5’5 220 and I got a Xl. I’m on the second loop comfortably. It really snatched you. It doesn’t feel cheap. Amazing 🤩

I love how it slims me down and flattens everything up but I can’t even say how many times I’ve pinched my stomach ! 😭 so I’d definitely recommend either getting someone to help or wearing an undershirt because it hurts so bad lol but overall I love it ! Looking forward to sizing down soon

I recommend if you have upper back bulge to get a full coverage one for upper back arms qnd waist, this one will just push everything up and make you bulky.. UNLESS, you WORKOUT. WORKOUT with these, they are not to make yoi lose weight just reshape your weight, so if you want to slim down over all, stop veing lazy, this assists but dont expect a miracle. Yes ive tried it with and without exercising, the results with exercising is so fast and insane. Make sure you take before and after pics !!!

Run very small

I went by the size chart and got my what it recommended for my size and it was a little big on me it’s just not as tight and it should be on the smallest clip. But I have five stars because it is a great material and doesn’t hurt you at all and a lot of people think the rods that are in them are made to not move it does move they bend with your body. I’m not sure how to contact anyone to send it back to get a smaller size but if anyone knows please some how let me know.

I first ordered a XXL but it was too big. I sized down to a XL and I love it. With the help on my husband I’m on the first hook. I had a tummy tuck two months ago so compression is very important for me and this waist trainer does the job. I was sick of my faja so this is much better for me. I’m very pleased with this buy.
