Takes in my 43inch waist down to 38.5. I like the extra band to cinch in that fat for better s-waist curve. I’ve been wearing slimming shirt with waist compression for over 15yrs and this is my best purchase so far. Once I loose some weight I’ll get a smaller belt.

It's so perfect, I got an extra small cause I wanted to be snatched lol but it doesn't really do much of a slimming affect for me. But it helps so much with my posture!!! I don't slouch with it at all and it got rid of my back pain! Definitely recommend. It's such good quality

I loveeee this! I usually wear a size medium. i’m 150 ibs and 5’4. i got the size medium and it fits perfect. it gives a nice shape! cant wait to try and work out in it :)

So I recently bought a steal bone waist trainer but i didnt like how it didnt fit my short torso. Well ill tell you right now I threw it away as soon as this one came in because it fist perfect and it sucks in my love handles which is what i need. I am 180 pounds and i bought a medium. It fits perfect and its very comfortable. The material is perfect. I will try working out with it next week with my trainer to see how it holds up. But overal its amazing quality and i recommend for anyone who likes to compress there body through out the day to help with bloating like myself. 10/10

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel that this is such a great product and it’ll help people like myself. A friend recommended this trainer to me and wow! I love it. I’ve ordered from them last year and again this year- 2xl and a medium. I do not recommend sizing up, but sizing down instead. Especially, if you want a compressed fit. I’ve tried so many different trainers and none of them were comfortable enough or they kept rolling down. Do not spend money on these larger brands when this is the best option. I don’t have a problem with this trainer and I wear it for 15 hours out of the day. I can honestly say I have not used this trainer while working out, only for training purposes. If you’re allergic to latex, wear t-shirt underneath. I’m 5’2 168lbs with a short torso and the only time I have an issue is when I’m sitting for a long period of time (over an hour). At that point, the bottom of the trainer creates an imprint on my thigh. Once you’re able to stand up, it stops immediately. I’m currently in a medium but I have some room so I’m going to order a small. If you want a nice hour glass figure, ORDER THIS. It’s very comfortable and undetectable under clothing.

Order this for Halloween was a bit skeptical because of the reviews but decided to order anyways! Fits perfect! I weight about 195 pounds and I’m 5’4, I’d consider myself a bit chunky so I went ahead and ordered the XL. So glad I did

i have a 36 inch waist so by size guide i should have been an L-XL but i read several reviews saying sizing is bigger than expected and they are correct! i ordered a medium and it fits like a charm. sucks me into 33’! super supportive and comfortable, just start slow when wearing it because it’s tight as hell the first few times!

I ordered this WT so I can have something more comfortable to wear when I don’t want to lace up my steel boned corset. I think the product is made amazingly and is very comfortable to wear and move around in. I really wish there was a size smaller than xs because I already have it on the last hook and I know my waist can go smaller. I’m a 26” natural waist and I can go down to 22”

Its a good product. If you prefer latex waist trainers this one is the way to go. Its long enough to perfectly fit my torso. Its thick and durable. I really like it. Its good quality and came packaged well. I would definitely buy again if i didn't already get an extra small
