Bought a XL at first but was too big , then exchanged it for a large .

I have been looking all over for a fastened AND zippered waist trainer . And this exceeded all my expectations ! The price was great and I was so excited about getting this I was willing to pay for 1 day shipping . Because it still costed less than buying a waist trainer from another website .

Great product. I have better posture and it feels great since i sit most days for work. Sizing works so stick with what they say but if your into the serious waist training then go a size down from what the size chart recommend.

I've been looking for a zipper waist trainer in my budget and this was the perfect one. It fits how I expected it to and it doesn't fold in the back when I sit or workout and it's so comfortable

I have had this waist trainer for about 6 months, and I have to say it is one of the best I have. The material is really strong and it really holds you in. I like the zipper because it doesn't show underneath the clothes. I think this is ideal for someone that has a longer torso, and it fits as expected

This is my 3rd order for the same product in less then 8 months. I love, love, love the product but it only last for 2 months max. After that starts to fall apart, treads become loose, fabric rips, boning falls out of place but it works. I guess spending 22$ for 3 is better then 100 for 1 at one of these IG companies with the same product that just added a label with there name. It served its purpose. I'm 200lbs 5'5 thick with a smaller waist. I ordered large. It fit, after 2 weeks I was ready for medium but that was to small. Back to a new large again!

I must say I thought that this was going to be too small for me, but it definitely wasn't. I wear it while I do cardio and weight training and it is absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this product!
