It looks a bit tight but with a few uses you fell it adjusting itself! Really good!

Had a hard time hooking it up but as soon I got that on it was easy to pull the zipper up it was tighter than I thought but hey I want a smaller waist right?

I actually ordered the wrong size which was a medium and it didn't really fit as tight as I wanted and the seller was kind enough to send me a small and let me keep the medium...now this waist trainer is actually comfortable meaning you can bend sit for hours without it bruising you perfect for short people like me im 411 so it fit nicely under my bust area and down to my pelvic area u cant tell u have one on because it's very smooth I really love it....this is my honest opinion for me so idk how it may work for others but i love it
