Fits tight like I want but also feels stretch to make it easy to breath and move comfortably. I would definitely recommend it.

After wearing this for 8 h p/d x 3 days i was able to temporarily (they all produce temporary results, even expensive ones) reduced my waist size x 2 inches. I did squeeze into the last hooks to do that but it works. My torso is 19 inches long and it fits perfectly. I weigh 108 and im 5'2. The material is rubbery feeling, it has holes all through it for breathability i suppose. It starts off as the shape of a barrel as others mentioned but quickly shaped into an hourglass figure after wearing it and conforming to my body shape.

This is a review of it right out the box. I’m going to make another review in two months or a month from now. Whenever I need to get a smaller size. So, this product fit very comfortably. I put it on the first set of hooks and it was just too comfortable. So I put it on the second hook and it felt perfect. It is a little short than I expected, but I have a small torso, so it’s covered well. I used to work out frequently and I never had curves. As you can see, I stopped working out, but I recently started back. So this waist trainer and working out should do wonders for me.

I've had it for a couple days and so far I really like it. The material is very nice, especially for the price. I love the hooks because zippers are unreliable and always seem to break. The torso is definitely long enough for me... I have a pretty long torso too.
I'm 5'8, 123 pounds, and I got an extra small. It fits perfectly.

does the job

I bought this for my posture, and measured my body to get the right size. It is extremely comfortable and my posture has improved SO much! I wear it 8hs per day and most of the time I don't realize I'm wearing it. My back hurts much less and I'm sitting straight. Absolutely love this. Also, I contacted customer service once and they were extremely helpful and thoughtful.

I love it! Helps with my posture, and does help to decrease your appetite which in return helps you lose weight! I have had a hard time finding a waist trainer long enough for my long torso and this was perfect! It is a little difficult to put on the first time, but as it gets broken in, it becomes much easier! I highly recommend!

I love this I'm 5'0 167 lbs waist size 42inches baby weight I've tried so many other cinchers. This one fits very comfortably doesn't hurt dosent feel like I'm getting squeezed to death. I highly recommend!

Very comfortable.

The first waist cincher I tried was a 16 dollar one from Amazon that was an underbust cincher (with straps). However, I found that one was comfortable but didn't give me the hourglass I was looking for. The fabric was more spandex and less smoothing. This one however, did! The material is shockingly thick rubber/ plastic blend with nice firm boning to keep you snatched all night. I paired this with a dress I bought from Amazon and I plan to look stunning on Friday!!

Breathable, fits appropriately, great price for quality.

I'm 5 feet tall and it's too long - so I had it altered. But that's to be expected with all waist trainers - can't seem to find a high quality one for short people.

Ordered one for myself & my grandmother ended up taking it for back stability! Ordered a second trainer for personal use & love it so far! Phenomenal fit & wear-doesn’t scrunch down or bunch up with daily activities (taking care of a 2 year old & housework) while being used for stability has been proven effective as well. The compression looks great under clothes (no stuffed sausage look or back fat rolls here!). The only issue is the hooks-if you have a hard time using your hands or can’t see over your chest, this might be problematic for you.
