Ordered one for myself & my grandmother ended up taking it for back stability! Ordered a second trainer for personal use & love it so far! Phenomenal fit & wear-doesn’t scrunch down or bunch up with daily activities (taking care of a 2 year old & housework) while being used for stability has been proven effective as well. The compression looks great under clothes (no stuffed sausage look or back fat rolls here!). The only issue is the hooks-if you have a hard time using your hands or can’t see over your chest, this might be problematic for you.

When this arrived I held it up and was sure it was too big. I'm 5'8 , 159 lbs, size 10 jeans fit but are snug. I ordered a Large based on comments. So I put it on and, holy heck Hannah, it barely stretches and I'll be wearing it at the larger hooks for a while! I have lower back problems and I can tell that due to its rigidity its going to help that too. I'm very happy!

I love this. I wear it a lot directly on skin and over shirts. I am 5' 6 175 lbs (post partum) Started wearing this my waist was 37 inches after 3-4 months I'm down to about 34.5 inches. It is very comfortable and makes me feel good. Smoothes all the lumps and bumps. Flattens tummy and helps posture.

I went exactly by the size chart and it fits perfectly. The loosest row of hooks is snug but very comfortable. I am able to fasten the middle row but it is a struggle. Once fastened it fits very snug and tight. I can wear it comfortably but I can definitely tell it's doing its job. Bending and sitting are slightly impacted and the first day I had some discomfort. Not even close to getting the tightest row of hooks yet... Overall I'm very happy with the product. Good quality material, PERFECT fit, feels like it's working, easy to wear under clothes, and actually seems to be helping my back and shoulders! I noticed how much better I felt and the decrease in back pain/shoulder discomfort on DAY 1 (I'm a teacher so I'm always on my feet, bent over at kids desks, sitting at my computer working...) The waist trainer seemed to be fixing pains I wasn't even aware I had! Love it so far!!

Awesome. Holds form better than reg fabric ones. Everbody sd they were plasticy smelling.. i have a super high olfactory sense and it was a titch plasticy but i hung it in sun for a few hrs and it was fab

This is very good and does what it's suppose to do. I have a 32 waist and got the large and the fit is perfect for what I want. I would recommend this for a flat stomach and it will take a couple of inches off your waist.

I got my waist cincher in today and tried it on. I was shocked by how comfortable it was. I wasn't expecting it to be so comfortable or cool, but it gets an A+ from me on both. It's discreet, which is great, and I appreciate the 3 different sized clasps that are on it. Thanks for a great product!
