Although a little smaller than I expected, my own fault for not measuring myself, it fits really good!! A lot more comfortable than I would have expected.

Fits well. I am 5'9 and 190 pounds, and I carry most of my weight in my belly. At first I ordered the 3XL, but I had to return and exchange it for a 2XL. I generally wear a size 14 jean, but the waist tend to give me a muffin top. This corset allows me to wear that size jean with no lumpiness. It also stays put better, and seems to be higher quality than similar items I've tried for about the same price. I have only work it 2 days, and I'm on the tightest clasp setting now. You may want to consider an XL if you're my same size/build.

Wow best one I've owned! I'm 52 and need a little helper in the stomach region...The ones I have tried have been uncomfortable and HOT! Wow this one covers my whole tummy region and is amazingly cooling and o so comfortable. I took a chance ordering it and I've been wearing it for a week everyday to school (I'm a teacher) and it's the first time in forever my skin hasn't felt itchy or that I was dying to get the product off. I can say HANDS DOWN SO WORTH THE MONEY! Awesome side note ...We had jean's day today ....AND I COULD ACTUALLY BUTTON MY JEANS....And no I didn't lose weight! DOUBLE SCORE!

Good waist trainer for the money. It does pinch just a tad, only after a full day of wear. I do see big changes in my waist, which is worth that small bit of discomfort.

Man this thing is tight, I'm 5'6 and 143lbs and I ordered a medium. It fits great, the only down fall, and literally the only one, is that it digs into my cesarean scar, so I have to hike it down a bit then I get a slight spill over on top. Also if you buy the size you think to be correct, then go to put it on and you're thinking no way this will fit, make it, it's supposed to be SUPER tight. I clasp the top and bottom and alternate hooks up and down from there, sometimes my finger can't get the very last one hooked but its unnoticeable. Buy it.

Definitely sucks you in! I'm 5ft and weigh 130 pounds. I bought a size small which is very snug on me but comfortable. I can only fit it to the last hooks.

I purchased this item for abdominal support rather than fashion or weight loss.My waist measures 37 so I got the 3XXXL which fits perfectly providing just the right amount of support without being too tight. I am able to wear it for 12 hour shifts in complete comfort. It doesn't pinch or roll up and the fabric is breathable so it doesn't get hot. The only downside it that I can't get rid of the latex smell. It is a small trade off to be free from back pain. I am very satisfied with this product!

Product is made very well. I'm a 5 '8 and 200lbs. I purchased the 2x. I have a little gap at the top and every where else fits. I'm buy the next size down because this one isn't much of a challenge.
