I totally love my Waist trainer I bought my normal size and it fits just right. They had several ones but I bought the breathable one and is very comfy works very well do not wear it all day.

Love this! I've tried several and this one is the most comfortable! I was surprised how well the 9 inch length fits. I have an 11imch torso. But I don't have lot of lower belly fat so maybe that's why. So happy to have found this and its priced so well in comparison to others. Gives great back support as well the steel bones are sturdy and the overall quality is great. Major plus it doesn't scrunch up when you sit also so no unpleasant bulge.

I first ordered an XL since my waist measured 33, but then had to return it because it was a bit large. The L fits so much better and I love the support it provides. The quality is great, the smell disappeared after few days of airing out, and the price is very decent. Can't wait to see the results!

Comfortable, snug (as it should be). Was skeptical about buying one of these, and read reviews on every single waist training offered on Amazon. Finally went with this one (and one other). This one came in the mail first. Tried it on immediately. I Love it. Its flexible, breathable, soft, and fit just as I needed it to. As far as ordering size... I took my measurements and ordered my size based on the chart in the product pictures. I'm 5'4 and about 140 and bought a medium. It's literally perfect. It was tough to get on, but thats the point. Cant wait to move a row tighter :)

**If you measure yourself and find that you are on the smaller end of a size (ex. 28 waist measurement- supposed to be med) choose the next size down, squeeze into it the first time, and you'll thank this review later. You're only gonna get smaller people!

Great way to get into waist training, the material breathes and stretches when you need it to. It definitely helps my posture, and provides a smooth look under my clothes.

This is a great product. It fits very well and is comfortable.

I have worn this all day. What is surprising is that I hate wearing anything uncomfortable or tight but I had no problem wearing this.
I wear it under clothes. It keeps my back straight and no muffin top.

So far I've only worn it once. I'm a pretty slim girl, I'm mainly using it to curve my waist. Must say I felt the difference in posture and tightness. Definitely would recommend.
