I was tempted to order a medium because I fall between small and medium but I'm glad I went with a small. It has three rows of hooks and eyes so I can go smaller (if I want). It makes me feel slim and reminding myself I have a waist. It does well for my posture which was one of reasons for my buying it.

However, I have a short torso so the length isn't ideal for me. So when I sit, I can feel the edges of the waist trainer pushing up my breast and down to my thighs. It's not painful per say. It's more like an uncomfortable feeling.

EDIT (11/20) After a while, the edges doesn't bother nor feel uncomfortable. Either I'm used to it or I'm finally got it to lay comfortably for me.

I just received and I loved it.! I ordered in Small and it was perfect... Enen though I would’ve ordered it in X-Small because I’m 5’6, my burst measured 26, abs 27 and my waist 31, but it fit perfectly in the last row... as soon as I see it is working, I will order the X-Small one.

I've been wanting to try one of these forever. I wear a size medium and ordered a large, it barely fit on the last clasps. I still love it though! Helps with my posture and makes me look a little slimmer...definitely order a size larger than you normally wear though. It's supposed to be snug of course but like I said it barely fit on the last clasps.

I have a 29-30 waist and a short torso, I bought the medium and it fits as you'd expect a binding piece of clothing to fit. I started on the first set of hooks for a few days before going to the second set. I'm already noticing a 1 difference after a week. I bought this mainly to prep for wearing a real corset all next week. It's actually quite comfy and has helped with my chronic back pain too!

Have to say, this is a great product, is comfortable, breathable! I've been using it for a week, and it's a good protective effect on the waist as well as a lot of fat around my waist

This is an amazingly comfortable, yet supportive, waist cincher! I'm 10 days away from 50, and weight loss efforts have been a bit lacking. Especially around my mid-section. Because the price was very attractive, I decided to give this waist cincher a try. I am so glad that I did! I ordered it a size smaller than the charts recommended, as I had been trying to lose weight at the time. Well, even though I am larger in measurements than the chart recommended for a size Large, I purchased a size Large. It took some effort, but I got the cincher securely fastened. It is snug, yes, but it is supposed to be snug. Most importantly, I am still able to bend over while wearing it. And the supportive boning is firm, but not hard. So it is surprisingly comfortable. I am 5' 7 and 161 pounds. I have plenty of belly fat, but this cincher slims my tummy nicely. I've attached some photos so you can see -- one with the cincher on my waist and one with me in a snug dress, with the cincher underneath. This is great value for a great product!

Gave this to my step mom so she could get her fat #$$ into a dress for an event we were all going to. It worked, she squeezed into it. Hopefully I got more points and can stay in the will, competitive against her kids. To be fair, you really couldn't see the girdle, and she looked pretty good.

This product didn't have many reviews so I took a leap! So far so good! Nice hold. Long enough to cover my tummy and go under my bra. I love how this trainer fits.

surprisingly good quality. Elastic material increase the ability to stretch. Three level hoods give more flexibility on size. Wearing this underneath my favor dress makes me feel very much in shape and not have to worry about the extra meat on my belly.

My girlfriend loves the waist trainer corset a lot. She was surprised to find this product from Amazon. The waist trainer makes sure she feels compression while working out. And it is very cool and breathable which helps absorb sweat very well! She will definitely keep using it and expect more improved results.

The corset arrived at the correct time and was packaged nicely(not just shoved into a bag) upon opening, the fabric slid across my hand and is very soft. The corset fit perfectly and it was clear when I put it on it slimmed down my stomach.
The length is perfect as I am not very tall so it's nice that its not too long or too short. I would reccomend this corset to anyone looking to slim down a size.
