This waist trainer works WAY better than the colorful workout ones. I bought this because I’m not consistent with working out. This one cinches your waist way more! Perfect for short torsos. Very comfortable. The bones feel pretty strong. Great for some of my back pain and helps with cramps on my cycle.I got mine in my shirt size which is a small. Got to the second hook in about a week.

I really like this product! I’m 5’3, 152# my waist measures 35 but I thought the size for that would be way too big so I ordered the XL. I normally wear an 8-10 pant. The outer hook was a little difficult to do but it does fit and I like the tightness. After about an hour my skin felt a little sore so I put in a tight tank underneath and now I’m wearing it fine no problems. The quality is very good! No rolling at all lots of stability. It’s a great trainer and also a great back support! When you sit with the short torso it fits perfectly between the breasts and hips for my size. I would definitely recommend this product. Great company too.

I have a really short torso. I am 5 ft even 145 lbs. I’ve bought a waist cinched before and it dig into my hips and breast. I love this one because it was the exact length I needed. I ordered a medium. It was kind of hard to latch it but once I got it on I low key forgot it was there. There no discomfort at all. I really love it. I have been wearing it for 8hrs a day since I received it

I have a 33 waist and ordered a large. I can fasten the last row of hooks with minimal difficulty. After a full day of wearing my corset yesterday, my stomach muscles are sore this morning which means it's working well and I'm very happy about that. I've lost 40 pounds over the year and intend to lose 10 more so I'll definitely need to buy a medium in the near future. The quality and comfort of this corset are fantastic! I don't have buldges anywhere, either in the corset itself or anything poking out and the lift, in my bust, is quite flattering; it also doesn't poke into my hips of flip up when I sit down. The afternoon I received my corset a friend stopped by and I showed it to her -- turns out, she had heard a lot of great things about Yianna and was envious of me. She tried it on (she's a little bigger than I am) and we were both impressed with how form fitting it was. She loved it so much she's going to be making a purchase soon as well. In all, I'm very satisfied. I've purchased my fair of corsets in my 30s (I'm 50 now) and paid a lot of money for them, the quality and comfort of this garment makes the other corsets pale in comparison and the cost beats them all! I am 5’7” 175lbs with a 31” waist and somewhere between athletic and curvy, I bought a size medium and it fits perfectly on the largest set of hooks. It feels sturdy and well made. I’ve heard great things about this trainer from a coworker!

I have only worn it today for a few hours, I will update after some time. However I am very experienced with waist training. This waist trainer is super high quality. I absolutely love it. I wear a size 3 in pants, medium shirts, 34D and 5’0. I have a super short torso. I would totally recommend. It has steel bone all around but not too thick where it is uncomfortable. Cloth on inside and latex on outside. the hooks are thick and sturdy.

I love this trainer! I'm about 5 foot 2 maybe 110 pounds. I purchased the x-small (25 steel bone) I was wanting more shape to my figure. This trainer is well made, hasn't rolled up on me once and I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that it doesn't come smaller than an x-small. Oh and if you are taller than me I wouldn't go for the short torso it will probably to short for you.

super comfortable, easy to put on. the measurements on the chart were off but i used another guide for my size. I purchased a large, yet the size guide told me i would be a 2x
im approximately 5’5 and weigh around 155. my waist was a loose 33’ and i dropped to a 32’ with the trainer.

This product works amazing let me tell you. I originally bought the size small but I got to the third hook pretty quick so I went back for an XS and it’s exactly what I wanted. After a week it already fits loose on me, I’m 5’2 and 120 lbs and the short torso fits me perfect!

This fits so good! The size is right on and for someone who isn't short, but has a short torso it's amazing!!! I'm 5'5 and have a 10 inch torso so this fit the bill for the medium at 29 inch waist. I am already on the second row but I would have never fit into a small at this point. Well made from what I can see so far and fits me like it was made for me. Love the boning. I even work out in it.
