I'm 4'11 and 125 lbs I ordered a small and it fits perfect.

I am 5’3, 137 lbs, measuring 29-30 inches. I ordered a small & was able to fit it as expected. (It’s supposed to be snug). The material is firm but There is a little stretch which is perfect. After a week, I can fit the second set of hooks but it’s definitely a squeeze and I can only tolerate for only for a few hours. I’ve been wearing waist trainers for years and this is one of the best. Arrived 3-4 days early.

So I’m 5’4 & I weigh about 180lbs. My measurements above the belly button is 36in. I got a size large, so far putting it on was a little tight but once fully on it was pretty comfortable for me. I did read that you could go a size smaller & I feel as if Large was good enough instead of the XL. So far it’s pretty comfortable & I enjoy this product a lot.

this is so cute!!! i was normally going to get a black one just to work out in but i saw how someone ordered a beige/pink one and it was too cute to pass up! the package came in two days, i’m so happy :))) my goal is to reach the first row for a snatched look ⏳

Comfortable and compressive

I purchased a size small & I am on the 3rd row of hooks it’s snug but comfy! It took a minute to get it snapped but I figured it out. You have to start at the bottom then once it’s all hooked adjust the corset so it is sitting on your torso the way it should. I highly recommend this waist trainer! I am 5ft tall, 145lbs, 36 bust, 27 waist. I absolutely love this thing the best I’ve had in over a yr after trying all kinds. I wish I would’ve found this 6 months ago I would’ve saved a lot of money lol.

It gives the great support for your back and makes you waist look slim and curvy. Love it! The most I like the latex on outside line and it's very easy to slide it up or down if u have to and cloth stay in place.

The support is great, the comfort takes time to get used to. I don’t have back pain so I’m not sure about the pain relief. But In all honesty this is a great buy. I spent 80$ on a waist trainer almost a year ago and although it was great it didn’t last very long. I’m so happy to find This product it is a great buy and is made out of a stretchy material. I would highly recommend. On my pictures I have upper back fat so it sticks out more then I’d like but the gym will help with that it’s not a waist trainer issue. Love this!!

I got the solid black one with boning, and it’s fantastic. A little intimidating at first, don’t worry! It will stretch a bit and you will be able to get back out of it, I promise.Helpful tip: start from the bottom and work your way up!If you’re worried about sizing I do recommend using the size chart and if you’re on the cusp/in between sizes listed, go up a size.I don’t recommend the one I got for wearing while working out, it’s too stiff for my liking. However the one with tiny breathable holes in it is perfect for wearing while working on your fitness 👌🏼 A few of my friends have that one and it’s great!

I am 5 feet 2 inches and got a 1x and I can put it in the first slot . The chart saying I need a 2x but I got the 1x and should have got a large. So size down !

Love the way this product feels! The steel bones are not painful against my back which was a common issue with longer waist trainers (11”) I’ve used in the past. I am 5’2, weigh about 155lbs, and Im wearing a large. I do have back fat that is pushed up when I wear this trainer but I don’t mind since I wear it with baggy clothes.

Breathable! Keeps my posture on point throughout the day, no room for slouching. It gets a little warm and I easily sweat when I move around a lot.

Started with a small size, one week later... I was ready for xtra small!!! I love this waist trainer!!! And I can train in it with no discomfort!!

I have a short torso and this wait trainer is short enough to not hurt my boobs when I’m sitting! I sit a lot at work so it also helps me keep my back straight!

Has worked quite well!Am 4’10”, 110lbs.Used to be 30 inches (MED) and am down to 26 inches (XS)I enjoy that this has a shorter height than other trainers, which makes it more comfortable to wear through the day☺️

This is the first waist trainer I’ve tried on and owned. I’m not sure how a waist trainer is supposed to feel, but this waist trainer feels amazing. I love how I can move easily in it. I also noticed that I can breathe without struggling and it helps with my posture. This is a great waist trainer for those that are beginners. I highly recommend it.
