It fits perfectly for my size. I went by the size chart. I seen some reviews suggesting order two sizes smaller but I'm glad I didn't do that because it would have been too small. But everybody's different. So far I love it. It's comfortable and I can breathe.

I went with the other reviews and ordered a size down and let me just say wow. It fits nice and tight and I am astounded at the quality of this waist trainer for the price! Very tight, very sturdy feeling, the bones give that great hourglass shape. Wonderful!

It was good quality but I got 2 sizes smaller based on reviews and I’m on 3rd row the first day, so really make sure u check what soze you are and go a size smaller than that for results

Feels expensive, great quality, thick. Quality feels like a $60-$100 product. Super affordable and very effective. I have worn for days straight and put through the washer dozens of times and the quality is still like the first day I bought it. 10/10 recommend.

Material is sturdy . This is my first time waist training but I can tell you it does NOT feel cheap. I got mine for $9 and i can already feel it was a good purchase. I don’t know my exact measurements but i did a LOT of research and I got an x-small. Fits perfect, rule of thumb is once you receive it you need to start on the first row of clips, if your whole hand still fits in the trainer it’s too big for you. Only one finger should fit in your trainer for it to really work. Wear only a couple hours first day, then gradually add 2 hours until you can comfortably wear it for the max of 8-10 hours. Although I wouldn’t do more than 8 so that your trainer can keep its shape and your stomach skin can breathe. Got all this from my research. Hope this helps !
