I got a large and love it. after wearing it only 1 day for 3 hours while I went on my bike ride I took it off and saw immediate results. I've been waist training now for 2 months and started with an XL. of course results come with diet and exercise.

Just got this in the mail today and I immediately put it on. I am 5’6” 180 pounds I got a large size and I was able to notch the first set of hooks with a little elbow grease. It’s tight but the kind of tight that it’s supoosed to be. Love it looks like it is high quality not cheap or easily breakable. For the price it’s amazing. For anyone with posture issues this is also great as it forces you to sit up straight. Also you can wear it underneath work clothes without an issue! You can’t see it unless you wear something fitted. Overall love it!!! Would buy again.

I'm 5'4 And weigh 140 pounds and the small fits perfectly... Was hard getting on at first but after a couple days it got better... Will order a xs soon.

From reading some of the reviews I wasn’t sure if I needed a small or medium. A small worked great I started in the middle notch and am now at the last. I might get an extra small soon. I got this mainly as more of a back support to improve my posture. I wouldn’t suggest working out in it. The boning make it difficult to bend a lot or turn.

Really great quality, more than I expected for the price, was just a tiny bit too small for me but I have a different waist to hip ratio which caused the smaller size to ride up.

It is a little too big on me as far as length goes- and I don't feel like its tight enough to really make a huge difference as far as the shape of my stomach. I feel like I'm going to need to order an xs soon. (5'4 130 lbs) but it was so inexpensive so I still give it 5 stars! quality product all around
This is the most comfortable waist trainer ever, and it helps my posture so much. I'm a house keeper and I do a lot of bending so usually my back hurts at the end of the day, but after wearing this all day at work I felt fine.

Arrived within 4 days, fits like how I expected it to although I’ll provably have to go down a size since I can already clip the second hook after only a week. It’s pretty comfortable compared to other waist trainers and I usually wear it 4-6hrs a day.

I got the large cuz I didn't feel like I was a XL, but I'm not disappointed with my decision... i managed to get it buttoned. And it siii last awhile since I'm trying to lose weight not gain weight. I noticed whike wearing it, I have great posture, and look thinner... only bad thing is back fat bulge lol... probably cuz it is a bit snug... but I'm also working on that as well

My waste is about 40” or so and I ordered my size based off of other customer reviews and their pics and I am very glad I ordered the large. It fits snug and perfect! It shapes so well! There aren’t barely any creases or fold ups and that’s what you want! I love this purchase thank you!
