    Great quality. The fit is a little tricky if you go by the fitting chart I should have ordered a medium. I wanted a tight fit so I went with the small I figured I would be able to wear it on the largest option and work my way down but I’m able to close it on the smallest option super tight but it closes. So you might want to size down depending on what you want.

    Love love love this product! I will admit, it was a bit of a struggle to get on at first. However after the second try, it was a breeze. I can wear it all day, sit and stand, walk slow or fast, and still be able to breathe easily. Don't hesitate! Get this product today!

    I'm 5'7 190, and bought the XL. I have it on the first set of hooks and it def sucks everything in as you're hooking the clasps. You do feel a change in your breathing when its finally on. But I've noticed its your body getting used to the form of the waist trainer. Going to try it out this week while at work to see how I do. Excited to see if their are results. It Makes a difference under your clothes! You immediately look more shapley and fit.

    Im 5'2 and weight 180 and i purchased the XL. The first week it fit tight but comfy then after a week i was able to go all the way to the third row. So it does stretch and shape to your body pretty fast. Wish i would have bought a L instead but definitly happy with material and sturdyness. I will be purchasing a large and medium. I wear it at work and it really makes me sweat. I work an 8hr shift 6 days a week and i do reccomend wearig somerhing underneath. It does get itchy after you take it off.

    The first thing I notice about this product is that it supports good posture, and as a result less back pain. I wore mine all day with no problems. I believe this is a great product, I will be looking for one a little smoother to wear under form fitting gowns

    Im 5'3 157lbs and i got a size small, fits perfectly on the first hooks :) also since my c section epidural i suffer from so much lower back pain and sloutch a lot so this is definitely supporting my back and it makes it feel so much better! I would definitely recommend ladies! Xo.

    I’ve been working out because my wedding day is coming up and my problem area in my dress is my stomach and I needed a waist trainer. I am so happy I came across this one...I ordered a large because thats what I normally wear and I’m trying to size down to a medium and it fits really well. In the pics I have it at the second row. I definitely recommend

    This waist trainer is AMAZING. it's so comfortable and lightweight. I'm 5'7 , 215 lbs and wear an XL t-shirt and 14-16 pants and I got a size XXL. it's on the first hook and is snug as heck. It'll last me a good couple months before I have to downsize :) BUY THIS.

    Great quality! Easy sizing! I started on the last knotch and quickly moved to the middle! A little uncomfortable and stiff to sit in, so try to wear when you’ll be standing mostly. It’s discrete so easily worn under fitting tops! It makes me SO much more confident! So happy with it and can’t wait to see more results!

    Post pregnancy this is the only thing to make me feel normal. You have to make sure the fit is tight. It's supposed to fit like a corset that is tight and shaping. it allows you to breath unlike a corset. If it's at all to big it will scrunch, roll up, our disfigured you. So get the right tight fit

    Compliments given on how slim she looked. The only draw back is to put your bra on first so it doesn’t cut into your skin under your breast.
