True to size. Follow instructions it shows that it will be right. But once you break it in it will be comfortable I use it during work and I’ve been seeing results love the product !

It said I needed a 3x and I carry mlst of my weight in my stomach but I sized down and got a 2x and it fits great. I'm 5'4, 212Ibs, and have a 43in waist. It was a bit hard to snap but I did and it adjusted nicely and it's firm. I probably won't be on to the second latch until next month. I say messure your waist and then go down a size for those of you in the xl-4x+ sizes.

I am only 5'2 , this fits perfect, except, I pull it down on my hips more because my torso is short adn it will ride up in my armpits if i don't.
definitely measure your waist and use the size chart, if you do, it will fit perfect and will have rows of hooks to adjust down as your waist slims out

I love it! I love how breathable it is. I just received it yesterday and I used it to workout in it and it didn’t hurt me with all the movement i did and i was surprised because with the old one I had was very uncomfortable while working out! I do recommend this product!
