I love this waist trainer! It is the first I have ever bought. Very comfortable, but was tight at first and a struggle to get on (as it should be)! My waist is a 32-33, I am 5’5 & 145 lbs. I decided to get a size small. It was the right decision, it sculpts my waist how I want and is barely noticeable unless I am wearing tight or cropped clothes. I have worked out in it too, I would recommend just doing cardio in it on the loosest rings.

If you measure and order according to directions, this is perfect! It was tight going on, but felt good, made me feel held in. And now I'm on the middle row of hooks. I love it! I was it every day and hang it to dry; that part isn't very convenient, but it's worth it. This item is very well made, sturdy construction, strong hooks and stitching. It isn't going to come apart. However, I don't recommend trying to sit down with it on. I prefer to wear mine while I walk. It does make me sweat more, just FYI, because of the material. It is not a decorative type dressy item, but is a functional product.

The only issue was I was afraid that this would be too snug so I ordered a larger size than I should have. My error. other than that the item is even better than i had expected.

This waist trainer is great! I'm 5'3, 140lbs and the medium was the perfect size for me to start with. I've purchased waist trainers on Amazon before because I love to use them for my runs, but this one, by far, is the best. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the quality of the trainer and it's affordability.
