Recently got a tummy tuck so I needed something to help shape my new stomach and waist. My abdominal size is 38 after tuck and 42 before. I bought an XL. I'm able to get to third row but the only thing I don't like is it buckles in the back. It makes it very uncomfortable at times. It doesn't slide or buckle in from so I'm gonna keep it for now. Maybe I should've gotten it a size larger.

Update: I've since changed my review of this product because I learned how to use it properly. I've have included before and after pics. Waist trainer is on first set of hooks. As my waist slims, I'll move to the second set and so forth until I move to the next size down.

I'm 5'5'' and 215 I bought a 3x and it fits great for getting back into waist training. I've been waist training 9ff and on for about 2 years and this is the MOST COMFORTABLE TRAINER I HAVE EVER PURCHASED!!!! It's really sturdy, which is a plus, because I'm prone to breaking my waist trainer due to my small waist. I am going through the hooks a little fast, but that could be because I'm used to wearing really uncomfortable trainers, that leave brushes, and marks. I'm in love!!! Purchasing my 2x now before I get to my 3rd hook

This is AWESOME quality!! I recently had a Tummy tuck (6 months ago) and I wanted something to hep with swelling and act as a compression garmet and also work on curves.
