    Very well made..purchased one for myself and my daughter...love it!! We purchased it as a waist reducer. But after wearing it it also helps with your posture as well ....exceeded our expectations! Well worth it...plus as I lose the weight I have two more notches to work with!

    I have a couple of other trainers in medium that are hard to put on so I ordered a large. I'm on the last hook with no room to go tighter but will be returning to buy the medium size once his one works it's magic. Best of all it is long enough to help with back posture

    It fits well and does what it's supposed to do, it just needs to be let out a bit near the ribs as they're getting the most pressure rather than the waist.

    My wife purchased this product and could not be happier with it. It's very heavy duty Construction, very well-made, fits as it's supposed to and it does not move around it stays where you put it. It's not very noticeable under clothes either you would really have to be looking for it in order to notice it.... It doesn't just stand out or anything... all in all very good product.

    This product is a great fit and very well made! The size chart tells the actual measurements of the waist trainer, not your waist (so plan accordingly) :)

    I love this thing, great for working out and getting a good sweat in! Also looks good to wear under something slimming, be cautious though on wearing something too tight and it showing the little straps!
