    It is a little snug so i suggest you go up a size just in case but i LOVE IT! I have been wearing it when i go work out and the more you wear it the more it will loosen up. To my understanding you need to have it snugged a little so you can have better results.

    I'm about 5'8 size 12 and I ordered an XL It fits perfect as far as I'm concerned bc it's tight on the first row- I'll be able to wear it for a while, while shrinking to use the last row then I'll likely order a L. It's made of good quality and I would recommend it.

    I'm impressed! Like many have mentioned the quality is really good. It's tough, so I had a hard time hooking it up but after it's hooked it fits great! I got XL and it fits as expected. I'm 5'5 195 curvy but most of my excess weight is in my stomach and I can tell this waist trainer is going to work to contour my core. I'm excited and will recommend to others. I'm on the last row of hooks and I can hook half on the 2nd row so I think after a week or two I can be on the 2nd set of hooks.

    Wow I'm so impressed with this waist trainer. The material is so strong! My last one died out on me in only a few months. This one I can tell will last a long time. I ordered a size medium. My measurements are 38-30-40 and I weigh 140lbs. I usually wear a large in shirts because I like a looser feel. With this I ordered a size smaller than I normally would have. It was a slightly difficult to put on but really not that bad. Once it's on it feels great. Love the color. Fits perfect and I have e room for progress! Definitely worth buying.

    So far it fits, it is a bit difficult to cinch, due to the pulling the hooks together. I thought it'd be a bit tighter.

    Absolutely love this product. Keep in mind that results are going to be different for everyone and that it is crucial to order the correct size specifically using the size chart given here. I love it for 2 reasons: first, it gives an immediate stomach flattening effect and controls love handles right when you put it on, and second, it does make a difference over time when used in conjunction with good diet habits. I can't say for sure if it would work as well if you only wore the corset and changed nothing else, but I can say personally that using this along with cutting calories has made a big difference in a short period for me!

    Love my new item! It is firm, the material is very well put, it is a slight tight but to shape your body you need it to be firm... nonetheless I recommend it. It's true to size so just measure yourself and it'll be fine

    I'm 5'3 and 130 lbs. It was recommended to get size M, but I read some reviews and suggested to get a S. I ordered the Small. Order came on time. Well packaged with instructions how to put it on and you'd be surprised how many questions come to your mind when you actually get the product. I'm VERY surprised of the quality of the waist trainer. I thought for $20 that I would get something cheap, but this is legit. It thick, tough and holds things in place. It's uncomfortably tight at first, but your body eventually gets use to it. Helps my posture, eating portions and makes me feel and look good!

    LOVE LOVE LOVE this waist trainer. I'm not going to lie you will lose your breath trying to put it on the 1st couple times but it's worth it and you still can breathe lol. Ive only been using it for a weak and already see a change. Believe I lost 1 to 2 inches!! I bought a xl but I believe it'll work with any size. Will continue to buy as I get smaller!
