    Very comfortable to wear and seems to helping in reducing my waist size. Obviously it doesn't replace diet and exercise but it's great for improving posture and can add a little something extra to your workout.

    Honestly I use this everyday for a back support at work. I am either sitting down or standing all day and this completely fixes my posture and pain associated with slouching all day. Sitting up straight is starting to become natural for me after using this so much. At the end of the day when I take it off my tummy looks tight and firm. Love this!

    Alright so let's start with my wrecked body. I'm 7 weeks postpartum (emergency c-section) so not only do I have a good 30lbs of baby weight, I have a incision from the c-section. I once fit into a size 9 juniors and now I can barely zip up a size 16 juniors. I'm officially in mom jeans. I should be use to this since I'm a mom of 3 boys. Anyways, I'm 5'7 and 204lbs. I do have to lay down to clip the girdle up and actually once I get to my waist, I have to hook it on the next row. This might not be the correct way to wear it but whatever. It works for me and I don't have time to care if it looks awkward. Besides, I'm only wearing it at home since there's no way I'm taking my 7 week old son to a gym's daycare. I read a few reviews to find out my correct size and the XXXL worked best for me even though it's loose up too, it fits just right at the bottom. Once I've worn it for a while and start seeing results, I'll update my review. Also, the quality is above and beyond my expectations for the price!! It's a good buy!

    Best waist trainer EVER! Go up a size, I am usually a med/large and the XL fit perfectly. I can close it on the 2nd and 3rd row.

    If I could rate this slim Waist Trainer 10 starts I totally would. This product exceed my expectation, great quality material, great price. I will say to order one size down compare to what was posted in the size chart. In my opinion this are supposed to fit tight not loose. It was a bit hard to put on the first time but the more you wear it the easier it would be to put it on. Delivery was fast it took about 5 days. Great product you wont regret it.

    I am very happy with the waist trainer. At first I thought it would be hard to put on but it's very easy. The only downfall is on me for not getting the perfect size. I should of got one size down and it would of fit perfectly to my waist. Other than that it's a very good product.
