    Great purchase. Definitely flattens entire midsection and practically unnoticeable even under a tight fitting dress. I've worn it for up to 8 hours and was fine, although you can't eat too much while wearing this as you may start feeling squeezed. But overall, does what it's supposed to do.

    Sturdy, easy to clean, keeps you in a better posture, you dont over eat and it smoothes out your tummy and helps with defining your waist! As i loose weight i will continue to buy its smaller sizes. i look amazing in them!

    Great waist trainer for the price! Mine fit exactly as expected. I'm 5' 0 and weigh 165lbs, and I normally wear size 12-14 in clothes, so ordered the XL. It fits great! I have been using it for my last few workouts and I have already noticed a difference in my posture and my shape.

    So far no complaints! It fits really sung, like pretty tough to fasten, but that's what was expected. My waist is currently about 28.5 , so I ordered for the size I want to be (small), not for the size I currently am (medium). I just got it a couple days ago so hopefully I see some good results!

    I received my shaper very quickly and was very surprised by the great quality of this garment! After reading the reviews, I ordered it a size larger... although it fit well, I could have definitely ordered true to the recommendation of the size chart! I am 5'9 220 lbs and the thickest part of my waist (right around the belly button) measured 37 inches. I ordered a 3XL and it fits as it should on the last hooks. I'm wearing it on the middle hooks in order to get acclimated to the fit! It will take some getting used to. I've already placed my order for a 2XL, which will fit as it is designed. I'm still glad I got the 3XL first so that I can be totally prepared for the 2XL! I am very pleased with this product!!!

    I just received this and have only worn it twice. It fits tight but not too tight and feels great while it's on. Hoping to see some improvements with my waist shape with continued wear!

    This is the second one i purchased....first waist trainer came from another place. I would highly recommend getting items from Amazon first n foremost. Great item, I will be getting another one from this vendor, fits good n works!!!

    It works wonderfully, straighten your back while molding your abdomen, I don't recommend wearing under clothes bc you can see the little things that hold it together. Works great under sweatshirts to do some cardio.
